Great product, well packaged.
I bought a mild version and it wasn’t spicy at all. It had a sweet taste like that of tomatoes which is a no, no for Ayamase sauce. I had to spice it up with lots of hot pepper and it came out great. Would buy the hot version next time. Good product!

DELICIOUS
OMG, this was soo good, quick, & easy to make! This mix is soo good!! Hopefully you guys will come out with HOT pepper mix. I put half my cayenne pepper & it still wasn’t as spicy!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious and easy to make
I love this product. I was a little apprehensive about trying it out but decided to order 2. So glad I did. I ordered the mild and simply followed the instructions - precooked some meat while I was soaking the mix - I soaked for 2hrs as instructed and used bleached oil to make the stew. So so so delicious! A quick warning though - if you are not used to spicy meals then stick with the mild cos that still had some kick to it.

Nice but why the big sized pouch… too big for the content
This Ayamase mix was a hit!!! however, I didn’t like that the content is barely half way up in the pouch. If the content is not up to 100grams, why not use a smaller pouch. I just didn’t understand why the big pouch.

Good pepper mix
I make Ayamase from scratch but this mix was really good and the difference isn’t noticeable as with using fresh pepper. It saves you all the stress involved plus it taste so good. Be sure to let the pepper mix soak thoroughly since it’s dehydrated and please use quality oil. I bought more to keep in my pantry as my emergency sauce mix.

This product was great. Tastes amazing, saves time and prep work. Me I did not come to this life to suffer. Moving forward, this is my way to go if I’m cooking ayamase in my home
