Is there a big difference in looks between the satin finish and the gloss finish???** A: I think there is a big difference, but it's all personal preference. Adding a little of the Satin with my acrylic paint, helps the acrylic look richer, & less flat. I use the Satin Glaze, but i also use whatever I have. Remember, the heavier the item your gluing (loose term), the heavier the medium. This is a glaze, & isn’t meant to hold down anything. If you want to put glitter or even tissue down, try using Matt Medium, our gel medium. If you are collageing heavier papers, use regular gel medium.
