**Q: Does the jug lock into the base?**
A: Hi.  It does. It is well made and easy to use. When you tip over the jug to set in place, it doesn't leak and is sturdy (I have 1 German Shepherd and 2 Pitbulls) and there have been zero problems with it coming loose.

**Q: How does one clean/ change the filter? (Please, if you believe there is no filter, don’t state that. Read the product description closely).**
A: The filter should be changed every 4-6 months.  You can buy a 6 pack of filters at Amazon.

**Q: Does it come with the water jug or where can I find one.**
A: It comes with the water jug.

**Q: Do you sell replacement bottles?  Dropped ours when it was full of water and it split.  Could not find that option when I searched on Amazon.**
