I bought the VALSOLE orthopedic insoles for high arches and plantar fasciitis with the goal of improving the comfort of a pair of sneakers I’d had for a while but had mostly stopped wearing because they became quite uncomfortable after a few hours of use. I wear these every day for work, which is usually 8-10 hours of constant walking and being on my feet. These insoles are a life saver. They've improved my hip and knee pain and my feet don't kill me by the end of the day. They were easy to size and install in my shoes. They aren't heavy and the arch support is perfect for my high arches. They are absolutely worth the price.

I’m 6’5” 235lbs a former 2 sport athlete of Lacrosse & ice hockey which was the cause of my feet & knees hurting in my late 40’s now, I was constantly searching for an insert to help deter my pain from just getting around daily & I’ve had multiple surgeries on my feet & heel bone & countless broken or dislocated toes & I can’t even walk without pain sometimes…., BEFORE I FOUND THESE! I was skeptical as hell at $35 a pair, but after just (1) day of using these so far, I’m jubilantly happy & to anyone who’s on the fence……, BUY WITH CONFIDENCE! These inserts helped eliminate my planter fasciitis pain better than the custom orthotic. I bought these to use while I waited for my custom orthotic to be ready. I was also doing daily stretching and exercises recommended by my podiatrist. The pain was nearly gone by the custom insert arrived. Shortly after using the custom insert, the pain began to return. My doctor adjusted the custom insert and said that my body just needed to get use to it. I tried. But these Valsole inserts continue to be more comfortable and give more arch support. I realize that everyone is different. But for me, I regretted spending 10 times more on a custom orthotic that was not as effective. Do yourself a favor. Try these before spending hundreds of dollars on a custom insert. You can always proceed with the pricier custom version if this is not effective.

This is the most sturdy and well-made arch support I've ever used. My feet are very pronated and flat, but these are easy to use, comfortable, and do the job! They really do ease the pain of my foot condition and I will buy more of them for all my shoes.

Right out of the box they fit right in and feel great. I don't feel the need for any break in period. As far as utility goes I have high arches so going long in a run the outside crescents of my feet would be the first to be sore. Now it feels like I have TOTAL contact with the ground at all time. It's made my shoes super stable and I hope to see increases in speed and distance from using this. VERY happy with this. It feels like being much younger as a runner. Hopefully the lack of stress on my outside feet will go up through my legs and make running more comfortable and productive in all areas. But wow, these are AWESOME! EDIT: Had to take a star off because they do not fit the Adidas Evo SL at all! You might have to go a size and a half up for that to work. Major bummer. Superblast 2 it works fantastically. However if you have stability issues in the EVO SL try the EVO SL ATR.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and the difference is noticeable. The arch support is firm but comfortable, and they don't flatten out after a long day of walking. I did not have to trim as they were true to size and fit in my sneakers. I would definitely buy another pair for my other sneakers!

Bought these for my wife - they are very comfortable and sized correctly (if you ordered correctly). They are assisting her greatly in her work environment, helping to ease her plantar fasciitis. Highly recommend. HOWEVER, when we ordered the first item only a couple days ago, we paid 23 bucks and change. (Ordered only 1 pair because you simply don't know whether or not the first pair will be the right fit or work correctly for you. So we ordered only one pair). Now when we would like to order more, I found that the product has more than doubled in price to 50 bucks and even higher to 55 bucks if you want a different color!! Really ??!!!! C'mon guys - this is not the way to treat returning customers. Now I am forced to continue looking for another provider. Not too happy with Amazon right now.
