It's so easy to lay, very sticky (mines laid on concrete floor) and I think it looks fab, but that's my personal opinion. It's very durable and easy to clean. I use antibacterial floor wipes on a swiffer, daily, and a deep clean weekly. It's been down a few months now and still looking like new. Oh, and I cut it with kitchen scissors when it came to the door frames 😉.
