Horrible experience
PC smoked right at plug in. Called tech support who said to send it in. When they got it, they claimed it wasn't the one they sent us. Very bad company and very bad service. Will update after I have tested replacement PC. Horrible Horrible refurbished service. Got the second one in and it had zero packing in the box. Did finally get the PC to power up and it is so riddled with Spyware and useless software the platform is unstable. Second monitor won't even stay on if you are using high graphics games. Tried playing Sims 4. Haha, had to turn. The graphics down to even get a stable picture. Beware. Stay away from this company

Connection to wifi
Trying to get connected to wifi and waiting on adapter 4g

Computer freezes up. Very slow speed. Don't know how the seller will react.
Processor speed was great at frist. Today not so much. Had a previous problem with this seller. They handled it great. Don't know about this complaint yet.

Worst experience and computer
First system that was received only a single video port worked. Setup a replacemt without too much hassel sent it back and received replacement. Same exact problem... went back and forth with "tech support" who was convinced I needed an adapter instead of the specific video cables for tge port being used. No surprise that didn't work either. Decided to not worry about it since it is system for basic usage and kids homework (no gamning) and used it anyway. Bringing us to today where now it won't boot anymore...terrible service and horrible product.

The DP port doesn’t work for the dual monitors you purchase with this bundle. The graphics card only supports two monitors, but you can only get 1 monitor to work. The side panel is glued shut for whatever reason, you cannot remove the side panel, the camera comes with scratch’s on it. The tech support is incredibly hard to get a hold of!
