Ok, so it's a bit expensive, but if you want impressive and stylish quality then don't shirk at the price. It looks really smart in our newly decorated kitchen and always draws a comment or two. Love the soft close lid too. Just don't seat it too close to any wall edges though, 'cos it will surely dint if you smack it open too sharply. But it. It's a smartly styled sensibly option and the metallic green is heavenly.

Brabantia 20 ltr Pedal Bin. After much searching I found this was the bin for me. It cost me more money than I have payed in the past for a bin but it is well worth it. Ideal for my small kitchen. Soft close lid, brilliant. Smooth round design so easy to clean and empty, choice of colours. Plus - the cat leaves this bin alone, no leaked smells, unlike my last PLASTIC bin where the cat would flip the lid, tip the bin over and I would find the contents over the floor. I just hope he doesn't work out how the foot pedal works. I am very very pleased with my purchase. Recommended.

The reviews for this bin were fairly good, but it is expensive. It seems to be a well-designed and well-manufactured bin. Have had problems before with the springs on the touch-and-release lids of other bins failing. The potential weak point on all of them is the lid-opening mechanism. If the pedal-lifting mechanism on this one breaks I will try to remember to update the review. But it seems robust so far. The bin size is about right, and it does take standard-sized draw-string bags.

This would have had 5 stars but sadly the bin did arrive with a slight dint in the lid, but due to where it is placed, you won't notice, so did not send back. Overall the bin is very sturdy and absolutely love the colour and goes with the colour scheme in my room.

Recently had our en suite renovated and I wanted a small, compact but nice looking soft close bin. This one is perfect. First Brabantia bin I've bought and it's definitely worth the extra money you pay compared to buying just a standard, cheap bin. I highly recommend this and I love the various colours it comes in. I bought the one in metallic mint and it's really nice

After having lots of sensor bins by different makers that I had problems with, I saw this in a well known store, loved the colour but thought it was a bit expensive so didn't buy it - then couldn't find another that I liked as much! After searching I found it on Amazon cheaper than the store, so ordered it and have been very pleased with it since, so much so I bought the matching bread bin. The bin is the perfect size, has a soft close feature and can't find anything I dislike about it. I wish there was a smaller square bin for my recyclables as would definitely buy.

This bin feels strong in use and does not slide around the kitchen floor. The closing action is very smooth, and using the Brabantia branded bags supplied it is very easy to use - no mess, no fuss. It is more expensive that the one we had before, but given the ten year guarantee we are pleased with our purchase.

Slightly larger than a standard bathroom bin which is great. Material means it won’t go rusty in the bathroom which is why I’ve binned the last 2. It has smooth open and close lid so it isn’t noisy plus it came with some free bin liners which was nice. It matches my bathroom perfectly so is almost invisible, just what I need from a bin.

Lo uso en exteriores desde hace meses para recoger las cacas de mis perros chihuahuas. Estaba buscando desde hacía tiempo un cubo de calidad y sobre todo que fuera estanco a olores y la verdad que después de tener varios cubos de los típicos Tata de plástico encontré lo que necesitaba. Tengo un pequeño jardín donde saco a los perritos y claro no voy estar vaciando a diario el contenido del cubo. Me dura un mes o más sin reponer bolsa en invierno y en verano procuro hacerlo cada dos semanas porque lo dejo dentro de un pequeño cobertizo. Así no tengo olores. Eso sí procuro echar en el cubo las malas hierba de las que retiro del jardín y es mano de santo.. Las bolsas voy comprando packs de 15 litros para que ajusten bien pero vale cualquiera. Después de meses de uso no tiene signos de corrosión y funciona perdfectamente el pedal. Es muy útil el cubo de plástico extrapole interior. Lo dicho un acierto pleno

Normally I don't write reviews, but when I do it's definitely for a cute dustbin. This is the most adorable looking bin I've ever used and the bags that come with it are even cuter lol I might have to order brand bags from now on.. Pros: Asthetic Really nice finish and shine, high quality interior Lid closes slowly and elegantly Slim(is this a Con for you?) Cons: They might steal your partner since they're too cute
