I was a little overwhelmed with all of the choices there are for smart locks. I chose this one based on the reviews and functionality. I found the lock harder to install than I thought it would be. But that may just be me, lol. I’ve been using it for a little over a week and so far I love it. I programmed it using the fingerprint and the code features but have really only been using the fingerprint feature. It’s so nice to not have to fumble for a key. I definitely am glad I bought this lock!

Great concept, but it wouldn't fit my door. Check exactly where holes are in door before ordering I sent it back. Sending back was easy.

This company took the time to clearly label every component and screw, making the installation so easy. All of the parts are durable and have a substantial weight to them. I love the keyless entry cards and the option to use fingerprints or the keypad. This is an a very well made and secure lock system.

This is one of those items that you didn't know you needed until you start using it. My door automatically closes behind me, so when I bring out the trash, I have to remember to take the keys with me or find something to prop the door open so it doesn't lock behind me. If I have family visiting for the weekend, it saves having to go to the store and have more house keys made. I love that it has a several different options to unlock the door including a key fob, finger print, and keypad.What I don't like about it very much is the key pad function, but I think this is common regardless of the brand. When you approach the door, you have to 'wake-up' the key pad. To wake-up the key pad you have to push a button, but when that happens it thinks that you are putting in the code so you have to go through a code to clear and put the code in a second or third time for it to unlock. It is also difficult to see the keypad on a sunny day, but luckily there are several different options to unlock so it is not a deal breaker.

Install is easy, about what you'd expect if you ever installed one before (door knob/lock). Set up wasn't bad, my biggest issue is I was hoping I could install my current handle in place of the one offered as my home has specific hardware however that didn't seem possible. Anyway, as smart locks go its about what is average in the market at the price however, if hardware is a thought and your door supports it I'd say install a smart dead bolt as aside from metal/finish (silver/chrome/etc) the handles won't matter.
