Great Bottles and Even Better Customer Service
I ordered 3 boxes of these bottles and upon delivery, I inspected the bottles immediately. Out of the 3 boxes, only 1 bottle in the very last box had a severe blemish enough to consider it unusable. Inside the box, there are warranty cards stating that the company will warranty and replace the bottles if there are any defects, blemishes, etc., and had website info provided. Since I didn't want to return a full box through Amazon for just one bottle, I contacted North Mountain Supply customer service via email directly to start a warranty claim. I now have a new bottle on the way to me in a matter of days after submitting pictures of the bottle itself and a picture of the shipping label, even though it was purchased through Amazon. I appreciate North Mountain standing behind their product and these bottles are exactly what I need for making my yearly holiday drink to give out for gift giving. Been great so far after testing them out!
