It is a little tougher to puff them up than other paper I have used but there us plenty of it to make up for mistakes, etc. so you can fill the jar. This could also make a nice gift.

I love love love the star jar that it comes with. The paper is easy to fold, it takes a little while to learn but once you get it down they come out cute. I like to do this to pass time on slow days at work.
