The media could not be loaded. Mimo Glad Office Chair is a great buy. I bought two of them grey, orange colors and I have no regret. They are both comfortable and strong. Holding your full body, it adjust well and it’s arrest can be adjusted, I mean lifted for easy sitting from the side instead of turning chair to sit from the front. It’s a llittle expensive but its quality and comfort makes it a great buy. I had a little problem at the initial stage, it was because I did not set it up correctly. Pleas take time to set up correctly to get the best comfort from it. Setting it up was easy.! Just take your time following the directions. My Grammy did it together and that was great. She learnt from the experience. No ifs or Buts! Go get it without fear.

The fabric on the chair was excellent with the back rest support and an headrest. The package was with a pair of white gloves and an Allen screw with an handle which was quite easy to hold an assemble the chair in few minutes.The seat cushion on the chair is super comfortable and the with Bright orange color on white frame.The package come with really hood packing. It includes all the tools needs to assemble the chair and no other tools are required everything comes in the package and it is easy to fix. The best part os the chair includes a 5 year warranty with the affordable price.The adjustable backrest helps a lot. The chair can be tilted enough , it doesn’t support the head while working but it does when leaning back to take a break from work.After using the chair, I feel I didn’t make a mistake buying it. It perfectly looks good with my desk. Simply loved the chair.

Deep seat. Comfortable. Smooth wheels. Way more comfortable than I expected for the price. Easy assembly.

This chair was easy to put together. I put it together by myself. Every piece was labeled. I loved that the screws were all separated and was labeled to which piece it went. There are even extra pieces just in case. It came with the tool to use to put it all together. It was different than the typical Allen wrench that is normally included with products. It was comfortable to hold and the handle made it easy to turn.The chair is comfortable. I am 5' 6" and am able to comfortably sit on the chair's lowest height setting. I haven't sat in the chair for extended hours at a time so I can't attest for that aspect but the time I have sat I was comfortable the entire time. The orange color is vibrant. I love the look. This is the first chair I've ever had with a headrest. I haven't really used it yet so I can't attest to its function. I love that the arms can flip up if I need them to. I would definitely recommend this chair for looks and function.

The easiest assembly I have ever seen. Includes colored and very detailed instructions. Way more comfortable than my old chair. Looks amazing!My only issue is that at its lowest setting, it is still higher than a normal office chair. I think it's because the legs curves up and adds an extra inch or two. At lowest setting it is 20inches, general office chair's lowest setting is around 17inches. For me, the lowest setting is too high for me. I'm able to touch my feet to the ground, but my forearm won't be able to level rested to my table.I contacted customer service, they replied within an hour. Said they're willing to send me a 2 inch shorter cylinder lift. Which would fix all my problem. However I didn't want the disassembling and assembing again. Customer service surprised me with a full refund, and told me I don't even need to return the product.Best customer service ever!

I bought this chair on March 20th 2023 and at the time I loved the comfort and color. Six months later and it is not holding up well at all.The foam padding is nearly flattened and not just for the seat. The arm rests and back support are both flattened now with the back support bolts painfully pressing into my backside.I had to buy a sciatica support seat cushion to continue using the chair until I purchase a completely different and reliable replacement.I do not recommend this chair.

Product is okay for the cost. Very easy to assemble and looks good. It’s probably okay for gentle/occasional use, but not for the work from home professional. It feels cheap, and is a little shaky when you put your full weight on it. Mostly when you are shifting in it. Also I’m 5 foot 10 and the lowest setting the chair goes is still too tall when I’m sitting in it barefoot. Overall I wish I would have bought a higher quality and more expensive chair. I’m going to try to return.
