The build quality is solid too — feels durable and well-made. One small tip (and my only caution): be careful when the flosser is out of your mouth. I've accidentally pressed the "on" button more times than I'd like to admit, and... well, let's just say the bathroom mirror got another surprise shower. To prevent water from splashing everywhere, here are three simple tips that worked for me: Put the flosser in your mouth before switching it on. Partially close your lips — just enough to prevent splashing — and let the water flow into the sink. Switch it off before pulling it out of your mouth when you're finished. Overall, highly recommended. Just give yourself a few days to learn the technique, watch that power button, and follow the three steps above — you'll stay dry and clean!

I’ve given this water flosser 4 stars because it feels like a fair-priced product that is well made and does what I expected it to do. The build quality feels solid, and it is a portable design that is easy to use. The narrow top makes it comfortable to manoeuvre around the mouth, and the 300ml water tank is a good size — enough to clean all your teeth without constantly needing a refill. The battery life is also excellent. However, I wouldn’t say this replaces traditional flossing. In my experience, it does not compare with regular floss when it comes to properly cleaning between teeth. I’m not necessarily blaming this specific machine, as I don’t know how effective water flossers are generally, but I would not buy this expecting it to perform the same job as normal floss. The reason I still use it is because I struggle to reach my wisdom teeth area with a normal toothbrush or floss due to gagging. This water flosser is much easier to use in those areas and does a good job of helping remove leftover food that gets stuck there. Overall, it is a useful addition to my dental routine. It is simple, comfortable to use, portable, and has good battery life. Just don’t expect it to completely replace traditional flossing.

It really gets your teeth clean between your teeth. Be aware that it can cause irritation, I ended up with serious issues. I only use it on low so it can cause problems. I'm 99.9% sure that issues I'm having with a tooth and gums were caused by this thing. So, beware. If you used it every other day you'd probably be ok. Floss the rest of the time.

Absolutely outstanding bit of kit. The Hangsun Water Flosser has completely changed my oral routine. Start on the lowest setting. That matters. It gives you time to adjust and build tolerance. The highest setting is seriously powerful and not something to jump straight into. Cleaning performance is on another level. The amount it removes from between teeth is eye-opening. You think your mouth is clean until you use this properly. Afterwards, everything feels as clean as a professional hygienist visit. Only downside is the reservoir colour. You cannot easily see how much fluid is left, which is a small design flaw. I use it with diluted Wisdom Chlorhexidine Alcohol Mouthwash mixed with saline solution. Works extremely well. It also doubles as a sinus flush device. Again, lowest setting only. This is critical to avoid damaging nasal linings. Use only proper saline solutions for this. The results are just as impressive. What it clears out is shocking, but in a good way. Nasal passages feel completely refreshed, like a clinical rinse. Best used over a sink. Let it do its job. It comes with several attachments too. Bottom line. Extremely effective, versatile, and worth every penny. Once you use it, you will not go back.

After almost a year of use, my water flosser developed an issue. To be honest, I was worried that resolving it might be a long and frustrating process, but the seller’s customer support exceeded my expectations. After I contacted them and sent a video showing the problem, they responded quickly and sent me a replacement unit within just a few days. This level of customer service is rare these days! We've owned the blue version (HOC700) of this water flosser for 18 months now, it does a good job and overall, we're satisfied with it. We certainly haven't experienced the issues that as of today, Amazon's AI summary reports from some customers of (1) it stopping working completely and not charging properly, or (2) durability being a concern, with multiple customers reporting units failing after less than 12 weeks of use. There are however a couple of design improvements we'd like to see. One, for it to give you some indication when the battery is getting low and a recharge is needed. The first you know about this is when it simply stops working in the middle of flossing - not convenient! Many rechargeable devices give some sort of indication, often by a blinking or red indicator light; my electric shaver starts intermittently beeping at me when I'm using it - with plenty of warning time before it 'conks out'! Second, the on/off switch is just in completely the wrong place - it sits just where your thumb presses while holding/using the flosser. While this might seem convenient for switching on and off, we find ourselves often inadvertently switching it off while in use. They either need to move this switch somewhere else, perhaps sliding the whole control panel down the device a little, leaving a clear space for your thumb to rest above it, or alternatively make the on/off switch need a somewhat firmer push to activate it, so you don't do so accidentally just from the pressure needed to hold and manipulate the flosser while in use.

Holds more water than my expensive Waterpik one. My old one suddenly won't start up. Setting light up. Had it for two and half years.
