I had a problem with my water flosser. I emailed Hangsun and the responded the same day. They ask d for a short video of the problem and promptly sent me a new one straight away. Very happy. Apart from the slight problem I had with the on/off button the flosser was brilliant. A jet wash for your mouth! Powerful water flow. Easy to refill. The noise it makes is similar to an electric toothbrush. Putting it in a suitcase is a problem. I was worried it would turn on. Wish there was a travel case for it. I love it. And the price is so reasonable. Easy to hold design so you can reach all parts of your mouth. Would recommend.

I received this yesterday. The instructions are clear. It is easy to use and adjust. I have used it twice so far and it appears to work well. I used it on the soft setting as the normal one was surprisingly strong. I can't yet comment on battery life but I was surprised to read that a 4 hour charge will result in 15 minutes worth of use. We'll see.

I bought this water flosser following a link by another reviewer of the OralB iO 2 electric toothbrush, who had been recommended a water flosser by his dentist. The machine had a surprisingly powerful jet and seemed to work well (just need to remember to turn off before taking it out of your mouth or it sprays everywhere), removing bits of food I didn't even know were there. I used it on the pulse setting, and found a full tank just nicely did all my teeth/gums inside and out.After some months the machine developed a fault with the switch, not always turning on/off properly and sometimes randomly turning itself on, running for around 10 seconds then turning off again, even when no-one was near the machine. I went through the Amazon 'contact seller' system and Amazon provided a link to Hangsun's UK website. I told them about the problem. They asked for a video showing what was happening and once I sent this they promptly sent out a replacement which has been working fine so far.Overall a useful machine at a reasonable price.

I love this inexpensive water flosser . Having dropped my earlier model in the sink and managed to separate the two parts, I found this Hangsun model here on Amazon, and it really has been a very good replacement. The cost is very reasonable and the functions are excellent.Like All models of water flossers this requires you to have it in your mouth before you switch it on or otherwise you will be squirting water up the walls etc LOL 😆 there are several modes including pulse, gentle pressure and several attachments are included. The battery is charged via USB and lasts for days, and it really is quite a dynamic appliance.Can be used in the shower too.You might want to start on a lower jet till you get used to it or if you have sensitive teeth/gums. I have both and find the higher level acceptable after years of using this, I like to use hot water from the kettle that has been cooled. ( fill up a jug and bring it to the sink)Size wise it takes up very little room on your shelves, the more expensive electric powered ones require a fair bit of space for the water chamber etc. I've no power points and like this one anyway.I've purchased a travel one too,but I have not tried it out as yet, it look dinky and will maybe require a couple of fills to complete the job, but its for holidays only or overnight stays - This one leaves your mouth feeling great, something about a nice fresh mouth, use it before you brush....Floss, gargle then brush gets the dentists approval and makes more sense anyway. I have read peoples experiences with WFs and some are pretty disgusting, yes ; you might rinse out some food remains from your mouth in general, but i fail to see why youd have so much debris coming from between the teeth( its great seeing the crap, toast crumbs etc from the channels along the gumline but i woulnt expect that with every use) but if used regularly you definitely won't be sluicing out much filth. It's easy to think this WFs is a gimmick, it definitely is not and it's fun, the urge to try and do it whilst looking in the mirror shoul be avoided at all times 😀 😉 .Regards the size, it is not at all heavy even when filled, a child could handle it( brainwave... a youngster could get introduced by using the travel sized one) I would have loved that growing up, now it's all about maintenance on the filled up mouth 😀 still, better to use than not. Some dentists do not approve of tongue cleaning/ scraping , I do it myself from time to time, and yes it feels great, maybe it removes some of the essentials in your mouth ?? Best check with your own dentist especially if introducing children to it.So, it's cost effective.It's very manageable weight wise.It's transportable without the bulk.You definitely 100% will enjoy doing it..Just don't drop it in the sink, if you do, hey it's very reassuring to know that it's replaceable within a couple of days and won't break the bank. 100% this gets 10/10.

I bought this water-flosser to replace a different make that had worked well but stopped working after a couple of months. The Hangsun was delivered really promptly. What wasn't clear from the description on Amazon - or from the initial email response from Customer Service, when I contacted them - was that there is no choice of pressure settings for the jet of water that it delivers. The only adjustment is to the rate it pulses at. The pressure of the jet it delivers is extremely high (far, far stronger than than the maximum setting on my previous one) If you buy this flosser, make sure your tongue is well clear of the jet of water when doing the backs of your teeth - or it kills! However, this issue wouldn't have stopped me using it. The big problem I had was that, unlike my previous flosser, the Hangsun simply wasn't cleaning between my teeth properly, The water simply wasn't passing through the gaps between my teeth - particularly my lower ones which are quite closely packed ((I can only use the small orange teepees to clean between them) With my previous flosser, when directing the jet of water at the gaps, when cleaning from the front, I would used the tip of my tongue behind the gap, to feel and check i was getting the positioning right, so the water was passing through from the front - and so could clean between my teeth effectively. With the Hangsun, the force was so great, the water was simply bouncing off my teeth and not actually passing through the gaps! Cleaning was therefore ineffective. I emailed Customer Service. Response from them was amazingly quick and couldn't have been more helpful. After an emailed conversation, the lady decided that, as this water-flosser only has one pressure setting - extremely high - it simply isn't suitable for the narrow gaps between my teeth. I was offered an immediate, full refund, which I gratefully accepted. If you have reasonably generous spacing between your teeth and and are sure you only require an extreme!y high pressure setting, this might be okay for you (just don't get your tongue in the firing line!)Further to my above review:- Having read a review written by a man who, having got through a series of cheaper flossers, had bought a Panasonic EW1511 that has ultrasonic heads and 5 pressure settings - and was still working fine after 2 years of twice daily use, I decided that, although it was twice the price of the Hangsun, I would invest in one of these. I'm absolutely delighted with it so far.Just after the Panasonic arrived I was contacted again by Hangsun Customer Service. Apparently the lady who had dealt with my problems with the Hangsun, was new to the team - and was wrong when she told me the pressure couldn't be adjusted. The pressure should be adjustable. The unit I'd been sent was faulty. The man who contacted me was very apologetic about the problems I'd had and, as a goodwill gesture, sent me their mini travel flosser which has a generous range of pressure settings if 'custom' mode is selected. This appears to work fine but obviously, because of its tiny water tank, is only really suitable for occasional away from home use. Hangsun is an 'honest' company that works hard to do right by their customers if problems occur. If you do decide to buy this water flosser, I feel pretty confident in saying you will be looked after, if things should go wrong.

Omg im so so impressed with this water pic, I brought it because my dentist said i need to see the highline lol I know i have spelt that word wrong!!! And I could not afford the £90 for 25 minutes so I looked for a alternative i went with the reviews, and im so glad I did. The first time I used it I turned it on and the water pressure that it has spurted the water on the ceiling it came out like a bullet lol, so be warned, so i left it that morning, day two i decided to try and use it in the shower so I put the jet in my mouth and turned it on, well you can imagine that went down my throat and choked me lol so I turned it off, for a minute then tryed again ,this time I aimed it at my teeth and wahl la it worked no drenched ceiling no choking, and all the staines on my teeth have gone and I mean all gone, I have now brought a whitener kit with uv light, im so impressed with this water pic considering the name brand is like £90 for the the same think I payed £17, for so you dont need to pay for the name this one is absolutely brilliant once you have the hang of it , it cleans your tongue, all the crap between your teeth and under the gum line so if I can do it for £17.00 why on earth pay someone £90.00 for 25 minutes to do the same thing, my new hygiene program has saved me so much money and I can do it as often as I want without booking appointments but I must admit I only use it in the shower because a slight of hand it will jet everywhere, you dont need expensive toothbrushes just you standard one you can get in superdrugs boots etc, because you have your own highgienest, in your bathroom, its worth every penny spent i take my hat off the the company that has developed and designed this pick and not charged you the earth for the privilege of using it, if you decide to buy this pic you have made the right decision to spend £17.00 instead of £90.00 for a name brand

I have owned this water flosser for a few months and it has worked exceptionally well, however it recently developed an intermittent fault when it wouldn’t work, but the after blowing through the tube in the water vessel it sprang back into life. The machine came with a 2 year warranty, so I scanned the QR code on the side of the machine and completed the form it generated online. I received an email asking me to video the fault, which was impossible as this is an intermittent fault. I replied this was the case and received a second email asking for a number off the machine, this was duly sent. Today I have received an email to say they will replace the machine FOC. It’s taken just over a week to find a resolution to the problem and I have to say the response from Hangsun has been a breath of fresh air. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

I’ve given this water flosser 4 stars because it feels like a fair-priced product that is well made and does what I expected it to do.The build quality feels solid, and it is a portable design that is easy to use. The narrow top makes it comfortable to manoeuvre around the mouth, and the 300ml water tank is a good size — enough to clean all your teeth without constantly needing a refill. The battery life is also excellent.However, I wouldn’t say this replaces traditional flossing. In my experience, it does not compare with regular floss when it comes to properly cleaning between teeth. I’m not necessarily blaming this specific machine, as I don’t know how effective water flossers are generally, but I would not buy this expecting it to perform the same job as normal floss.The reason I still use it is because I struggle to reach my wisdom teeth area with a normal toothbrush or floss due to gagging. This water flosser is much easier to use in those areas and does a good job of helping remove leftover food that gets stuck there.Overall, it is a useful addition to my dental routine. It is simple, comfortable to use, portable, and has good battery life. Just don’t expect it to completely replace traditional flossing.

Di muchas vueltas antes de escoger un irrigador, algo que mi dentista nos insistió durante meses.Vi cantidad de productos similares de marcas conocidas, desconocidas..leyendo todas las reseñas y finalmente decidí comprar este.Somos 3 en casa y la idea de poner un armatoste encima del lavabo no me hacía gracia. No tengo estanterias a los lados ni armarito.El tema de los irrigadores con manguerita tampoco me agradaba ya que muchos clientes se quejaban de que no eran muy cómodos porque no se extendía mucho.Otra cosa que me traía de cabeza era la autonomía de batería, que si pilas, que si enchufe, etc.Estar cambiando de sitio constantemente no entraba en mis planes, así que barajé la idea de comprar un aparato más pequeño por tema de espacio y de fácil manejo además de no depender de pilas ni cargadores ostentosos.El irrigador Bucal Portatil Dental de Hangsun fue el elegido.Viene con 3 cabezales definidos por color para que no nos equivoquemos en casa a la hora de usarlo.Su tamaño me permite que este sobre el lavabo sin apenas ocupar sitio.Todavía no lo hemos cargado ya que su autonomía de bateria es enorme. (se carga con un cable usb que se adjunta en la caja). Por cierto el enchufe lo debe poner el comprador y entiendo que es para que tenga la posibilidad de adaptarse al tipo de suministro de cualquier pais.No hace un ruido molesto y tiene 3 modos de limpieza a escoger.Si teneis dentadura, brakets, implantes, etc..es genial porque limpia a fondo, me ha sorprendido su eficacia. La primera vez fue un desastre pues me quede con la boca abierta para ir mirando por donde pasarlo, con lo cual puse el espejo lleno de agua, mi cara ni te cuento...una risa. Lo volví a intentar con boca cerrada y pasandolo . Bueno es dificil de explicar y fácil de hacer, así que desconfiad de quien diga que se moja todo, porque eso ocurre si no lo utilizas correctamente y si teneis duda podeis mirar un video.En fin, tras mi extensa opinion (la más larga que he editado), lo recomiendo fervientemente.

J'ai été très satisfaite de mon achat car il correspond tout à fait à mes besoins. Il y a quelques jours mon jet dentaire cependant est tombé en panne à mon grand désarroi car je m'en sers quotidiennement. J'ai contacté le support de la société Hangsun qui ma envoyé gracieusement un "oral irrigator" que je viens de recevoir : je suis très contente et je remercie cette société sérieuse.

Holds more water than my expensive Waterpik one. My old one suddenly won't start up. Setting light up. Had it for two and half years.
