After returning that faulty unit, I had to wait weeks for Amazon to process the refund back to a gift card balance. There was a bit of initial confusion over the model numbers (518S vs 519S), but they turn out to be the exact same top-spec unit under regional packaging codes. I’ll only ever by Dreo now.. absolutely amazing the quality is amazing & the guarantee & the power & it’s not loud & the remote that you can turn that annoying beep off I bought 3 if not 4 fans this summer.. the rest Russel Hobbes one.. is working but clicking super annoying I use a fan year round. It truly keep the room cool or you can make it an ice box if you want I don’t use the app! But omg I love the remote & the size is perfect it’s a statement.. I’ve an 85 inch tv & nice speaker set up .. but the fan gets more attention because of the cool air super low noise Yes it makes noise it’s a fan, but it’s not chopping thru the air & is designed to be silent & it is , I watch tv with it on & talk with people & leave it on Everyone says omg I love that fan .. it looks gorgeous pictures don’t do it justice. I love the size power & tbh power 1 is plenty & you just scan the code & you have a 5 year warranty Only con & it’s super minor - the base took me a good 15 mins.. in my defence I just woke up got it super early , it just needs a bit of force then boom it’s done & The carry Handel at the back up at the top let’s u carry it from room to room I’m buying another & im a Dreo fan for life now.. I have it a good while & it’s Awesome! A tiny bit pricey but your buying quality Not just the name your buying true quality & power & low noise & on 24/7/365 , I really recommend this .. it’s in my top 3 favourite purchases I’ve ever bought off Amazon. Well worth the money & after it you won’t ever go back to big ugly fans with a wire cage or my other Russel Hobbes looks so cheap & tacky beside it Honestly my top 3 favourite buys off all time. Unit is sturdy and well put together. Instructions to attach the foot could be better. Surprisingly quiet and effective. Easily throws cool air across a fair sized room. Immediately connected to WiFi and to Alexa. Not cheap but less than a third the price of a Dyson. More than satisfactory. Recommended.

It's good. REAL good. I'm comparing this to my previous fan which was the Duux Whisper Flex. The Duux was super silent. You could set it to 1 and have a gentle breeze on you while you fall asleep and could hear a mouse fart. The Dreo is a behemoth in comparison. Even at the lowest setting and on 'sleep' mode it's still audible, but pushes an incredible amount of air. Set it to 6 on the Dreo and your toupee would struggle to stay attached! Being from the United Kingdom where the houses here retain heat, this thing keeps the temp down for sure. It stands about 3ft high too, so you know it's gonna blow you like no woman has ever done. In summary - it depends on your needs. This thing will literally blow them cobwebs away and I'm not even joking.

Excellent cooling. Noise level is super quite at the lowest setting and pretty good even on the highest setting. The highest setting is s bit like a hurricane, so not really needed unless you are very hot! It has great fundtions including thermostatic control and Smart home integration. The app is great. Setup and connection to WiFi was probably the easiest of any smart device I have. Instant connection to Alexa, then voice control works effortlessly.

Brilliant fan. Nice and tall. it took 10 minutes to set the app up and connect to the Alexa app and runs from Alexa. I haven't needed to use the remote control at all. I have it running on the first setting and it's silent and I can feel a breeze from the other side of my bedroom. I'm hoping it will continue working for a long time, but I will have to wait and see how long it lasts before the motor runs into problems.

JUST BRILLIANT IN EVERY WAY Nice and light. Attractive for a tower fan. Nice and simple to use. Cools the room well, only went up to number 4 out of 12 in last heatwave. It connected super easily to the app and love the fact that it shows the room temperature in the app. Also, in my video, I was standing right next to the fan. In quiet mode, with it at a further distance away, the level of noise in that mode is absolutely fine in my personal opinion. It’s also great that the neon numbers/symbols go out after about 30 seconds, so it’s not lighting up the bedroom all night. Go for it, you won’t regret it. Bring on the next heatwave :-)

Je suis pleinement satisfait de ce ventilateur colonne DREO. Dès l'ouverture du carton, on remarque la qualité de fabrication et le soin apporté aux finitions. Le montage est extrêmement simple et ne prend que quelques minutes. Le point fort de ce modèle est son silence impressionnant. En mode nuit, il est pratiquement inaudible, ce qui permet de dormir sans être dérangé. À l'inverse, lorsqu'on augmente la vitesse, le débit d'air devient très puissant et rafraîchit rapidement une grande pièce. Les 8,53 m/s annoncés ne sont pas usurpés. J'apprécie particulièrement les nombreux réglages disponibles : plusieurs vitesses, différents modes de ventilation, oscillation large, minuterie et une télécommande très pratique. L'intégration avec Alexa est un vrai plus. Pouvoir allumer, éteindre ou modifier la vitesse simplement avec la voix apporte un réel confort au quotidien. Le design est moderne, discret et s'intègre parfaitement dans un salon, une chambre ou un bureau. Malgré sa puissance, le ventilateur reste stable et ne génère aucune vibration. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Pour ceux qui recherchent une alternative performante à la climatisation, ce ventilateur offre un excellent compromis entre puissance, silence, faible consommation électrique et confort d'utilisation. Après plusieurs semaines d'utilisation, il fonctionne toujours parfaitement et dépasse même mes attentes. Je recommande ce ventilateur DREO sans la moindre hésitation. C'est un produit haut de gamme, fiable, très agréable à utiliser et qui mérite largement ses 5 étoiles.

This fan is actually pretty damn good. Super quiet (even at 1/3 power). Pretty near silent at the lowest setting. Oscillation is really nice for sleep. App control is easy and the remote is excellent (if you don't want it on your wifi). Integrates into home assistant via HACs if that's your thing. We run it in natural mode (Ramps the speed up and down quasi randomly for a more natural breeze feel). It's also pretty slick looking to boot. Highly recommended.

Está genial, da bastante fresco y además es muy silencioso, para dormir se agradece que tenga la opción del sueño. Poder conectarlo a Alexa es un plus, puedes apagarlo y encenderlo cuando estés fuera de casa, o incluso si no quieres levantarte del sofá.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert! Der Turmventilator ist super leise und der Nachtmodus ist perfekt, besonders wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Man kann ihn ganz bequem über das Handy steuern, was ich richtig praktisch finde. Der Luftstrom ist angenehm und trotzdem konstant, und mit den 9 Stufen findet man immer die passende Einstellung. Für mich war das auf jeden Fall eine sehr gute Investition. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
