The citrus flavor mix is refreshing and good. + I find this does help me with regularity. I tend to see the effects the next day and that works for me. + So we as a culture spend $3-$6 on our energy drinks, coffee, tea, etc. For less than most energy drinks I get a full 16-18oz drink of good stuff for my body. Still some are not going to be happy with anything more than "near free", but if I'm truly finding this useful it is affordable and more fun to ingest than a bunch of pills. > My only complaint is the sachettes don't open easily. I almost always need to find scissors to open this. Sure a piece tears off, but it's too high on the sachette that it doesn't actually provide an opening. + The mix dissolves easily.
