This brow pencil goes on smoothly, not like the dry pencil types.It looks more natural.I think it stays on better too.

Could NOT believe the outrageous price of $13.85 for ONE glimmer stick, according to amazon it was a package of FOUR,, wont be fooled ever again OMG !!!!
