Works as expected.

I used this product as a replacement for my last wire after it frayed. And I'm very happy with the result as the audio reaches both ears and in excellent quality. However, as many of the reviews have said, the volume/microphone doesn't work and they'd be right. If they fixed that issue, I'd given 5 stars.

Broke quickly

Suddenly decided to stop working after 3 months, there's no damage to it. It just suddenly stopped working

The quality of the replacement cable is not bad but it's very skinny it feels like it can ripe easily, other than that it's perfect. Which is why this will get a 4 star from me.

Ordered this product before, it was completely fine. This time round I received the wrong product, one input was smaller than the other so it made the product unusable as I couldn't fit the smaller end into either my headphones or phone.

I needed a replacement to the original cable that came Skull Candy Smith Helmet headphones. The original cable survived only a couple of uses. I have used this cable several times since purchasing and it works well. It is possibly better than the cable that came with the headphones. -The connection at the headphone side is very tight which works well when skiing or boarding. -The controls are small so you will need to take your gloves off to adjust volume or turn on or off. Overall I am very happy with the cable and the price is right.
