We have a lot of wind noise caused by a tiny gap between the top and sides of the hearth chamber. Would this be suitable to reduce the noise?

This product is quite hard once it sets, and may possibly shrink a little once set. If there is not to much heat at the hearth, then a high temperature flexible sealant may be more suitable.

Is this food safe once properly dried/cured? I want to fix a leak in the tank of a commercial grade coffee machine

Hi This is not suitable to seal the tank because this looks like the tile grout (fire Cement) just heat resist. You can by the same brand just heat resist silicone, for food safety you need ask the seller. But I think should be ok. Regards Csaba

Would this be suitable for filling the small gap around the base of pole of a rotary dryer which has become very wobbly?

Reading the product info on Amazon web site I would feel it would seal the gap on your rotary drier but it would be of no use just to put the sealant just around the top, stability of the pole needs to start at the bottom upwards therefore some other type of packing is required further down the pole to give stability then sealant could be added to the top. If you use this product it would need a lot of time to set hard in the area used, as it set best with heat.
