Castor Oil 100% Natural & Organic for Hair Growth, Eyebrows, Eyelashes and Skin Hair Tonic Oil

I bought Forest & Shore 100% Cold Pressed Organic Castor Oil because I found its many uses quite interesting: hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, nails, lips and because it fit my needs. Very beautiful brown glass packaging, with dosing pipette, comes with reusable eyelash and eyebrow brush, all practical and easy to use. The consistency of the oil is thick, quite shiny and odorless. On the nails, I use it before removing the cuticle, which softens the skin, making it easier to remove the cuticle, as well as hydrating the skin. On the lips, I use it to moisturize and also before using lipstick or lipgloss that have a thicker consistency, great for both cases. On the eyebrows: I have frizzy, thick and rebellious hair eyebrows, but after I started using castor oil I noticed that the hairs started to be aligned and softer, perfect. My eyelashes have small, thin, opaque strands and with this oil I am noticing the thickest and brightest strands. I imagined that using the oil on the eyelashes would irritate my eyes, giving that feeling of almost blindness, but that doesn't happen: even if drop in the eyes there is no discomfort at all, great. I also use it on the lash line to treat and encourage eyelash growth. For the hair I've been using it twice a week overnight (don't worry as the oil doesn't stain the pillow case): after washing the hair the strands are thicker, extremely shiny and for me it keeps my hair clean for longer. Honestly I am finding this oil excellent and I bet more better results with time because for me it is a quality product that really fulfills what it proposes. Thanks!!

I have only been using this for about a week, but so far I am really pleased with it. The oil feels rich and good quality, and the bottle is easy to use without making a mess. It applies smoothly and feels lovely on my hair and skin. There is no overpowering smell, which I really like. It is too early to comment on long term results, but my first impression is very positive and I would happily buy it again.

I’ve been using Forest & Shore castor oil on my lashes & brows for a few weeks now & I’m already seeing improvements in the thickness of my brows and the fullness & length of my lashes! I’ve used lash serums in the past that would eventually irritate my eyes & give me little to no results! However, this is really gentle on my eyes & I have already seen such an improvement in my lashes! The oil doesn’t have a strong smell & is a really nice consistency which helps to apply it directly to the areas I want it! I also love that it comes with a spoolie and liner brush, to help apply the product to my lashes & brows with precision! It’s my new favourite part of my skincare routine 🧖🏻‍♀️ Forest & Shore packaging is always so practical & it’s aesthetically pleasing too, simple but effective! I have really been loving using this product & can’t wait to see even more results as the weeks go on!

This is the good product quality I have come to expect from Forest and Shore in a generous 60ml. The packaging and design has the feel of a luxe natural beauty brand. This comes with two reusable bamboo applicators; an eyelash wand and an eyelash brush. A little goes a long way so do not apply too much and just dip slightly and spread it on the area. The texture is as expected for a castor oil formula; thick and gloopy. Having previously used other castor oil formulas - this does feel less thick and the castor oil smell is more subtle. As a prewash treatment, I kept this on for two hours as directed on my hair once a week. I applied more than the suggested pipettes, eight, as I have thick textured hair. I do think the instructions are likely an average application. When washing out my hair it felt very moisturised before my usual hair care routine. My hair looked more shinier at the end of the routine due to the moisture boost. I used castor oil each night after I finished my skincare routine on my eyebrows and lashes with the bamboo applicator. I have black brows/lashes but they are naturally fine and sparse. My eyebrows and lashes looked more defined/darker. My conclusion is that it helped with maintenance in the time I used it. If you are using castor oil for growth please note it will only promote what you genetically have and give it a full growth cycle for results.

Iv been using eyelash serums for a while but gave them up, as I heard there are chemicals in them that can cause other problems below your eyes. So I saw this product and saw it had rose hip oil, which is good for regrowth and decided to try it, as I really enjoy this brand other hair oil. Anyway, this is natural, has no real scent that I can detect, which is good, as I don’t want chemicals scents. It’s a large bottle so will last ages, and it comes with a spooly for application to your brows, and a very robust easy to apply wand for the lashes, it’s firm, so you can be precise where you want to put it, and not get it in your eyes. Iv got particularly short fair lashes and this is working lovely for me, seems to be helping the lashes grow outwards to make a nice fluttering shape, where as before my lashes used to sort of grow in the wrong direction, inwards, weird I know. So Im enjoying this product, and best of all, it’s natural and very reasonably priced. Also you can use it on your actual hair. So great multi product. And I love multi products

I received the parcel today. the oil is very thick, I didn’t notice a smell, if I sniff it, there’s a slight smell that I didn’t recognize, but it’s not unpleasant. I don't know what castor oil should smell like, I hope this is his smell.the oil is very thick, yellowish in color. The jar is glass which is very good. made of dark glass, which is also very good. I will store it in the cardboard box it came in to protect it from light.The pipette is good, but I used a brush for painting, the pipette was not useful. The brush and brush that were included were also not useful I bought it for skin and hair.I tried to apply it on my face today, I have problems with the skin on my forehead, it’s itchy and dry. and on your hands, your hands are very dry the skin has noticeably softened. I haven't applied it to my hair yet. I'm waiting for burdock oil and plan to apply both at once.By the way, it is recommended to warm the oil before applying.I recommend the product. Although I have no idea if this oil is 100% castor oil or not, I liked the consistency and smell. and especially how it affected the skin of my hands.I also added vitamin E to the oil, I just cut a capsule from the pharmacy and added it.

I have been using this product for two weeks, specifically on my eyelashes and my brows as I struggle to grow hair on part of my brow and I would love to have naturally long eyelashes! (Who wouldn't) Last summer I used a lash growth serum which worked amazingly and after 8/10 weeks there was a noticeable difference but it was not financially viable to continue with that particular product. Having done lots of research castor oil is a fantastic alternative, I particularly liked this one by Forest & Shore as it is affordable, 100% organic and comes with a reusable eyelash and eyebrow brush! The product itself has a very subtle natural smell, you only need a very small amount on lashes and brows so a 60ml bottle is going to last a long time which is ideal for me. The product is incredibly versatile as it can be used to deep condition your hair too. Forest & Shore doesn't let you down on packaging either, the amber glass bottle is aesthetically pleasing and the box is in their typical natural earthy style. I am very excited to see just how my lashes (and brows) grow with this product, I am using it nightly and appreciate that due to the natural lash cycle it will take a good few weeks to see a difference. Schon beim ersten Öffnen merkt man, dass es sich um ein hochwertiges Öl handelt – die Konsistenz ist angenehm reichhaltig, ohne unangenehm zu riechen, und das Öl fühlt sich sehr pflegend an. Für die Wimpern trage ich abends nur eine kleine Menge mit einem sauberen Bürstchen auf. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass das Öl die Augenpartie bei mir nicht gereizt hat. Meine Wimpern wirken inzwischen gepflegter, kräftiger und insgesamt voller. Natürlich sollte man keine unrealistischen Wunder über Nacht erwarten, aber mit regelmäßiger Anwendung sieht man definitiv einen Unterschied. Auch für die Haare nutze ich es gerne als Pflegeöl für Spitzen und Kopfhaut. Gerade trockene Spitzen sehen danach deutlich gesünder aus und fühlen sich weicher an. Vor dem Haarewaschen massiere ich es manchmal zusätzlich in die Kopfhaut ein und lasse es etwas einwirken – die Haare fühlen sich danach richtig geschmeidig an und bekommen einen schönen natürlichen Glanz. Was mir ebenfalls gefällt: Das Öl ist vielseitig verwendbar, ergiebig und durch die kaltgepresste Qualität besonders angenehm in der Anwendung. Die Verpackung macht einen guten Eindruck und das Produkt kam sauber und sicher an. Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Pflegeprodukt für alle, die auf natürliche Haar- und Wimpernpflege setzen möchten. Für mich definitiv ein Produkt, das ich nachkaufen würde.
