Twinings Soulful Blends “Quiet Mind” soothes STRESS away!
Last week I glanced through Twinings teas and I noticed a new one, “Soulful Blends Quiet Mind” Vanilla Herbal Tea! I purchased a 20 pack, as sometimes I do feel a little stressed, I tried it warm & it was quite strong, tasted really nice, seemed quite soothing, combined vanilla, figs & rodisos ( I’ve no idea what that is?) but Twinings have created a Winner, with this “Soulful Blends Quiet Mind” Herbal Tea. I will definitely recommend this soothing, tasty brew, please try it & see how this “ Soulful Blends Quiet Mind” Herbal Tea relaxes you & soothes your stress away!

Very nice....I missed that rooibos is an ingredient, which I usually don't like but these are tasty

Lovely smell and taste
Great quality and taste. Hasn’t really helped quieten the mind. But a nice idea. Taste good though and gives me a moment to sit and have a cuppa.

Lovely vanilla taste
This tea is quite a nice, calming option if you’re after something to wind down in the evening. The flavour is gentle rather than strong – you get a soft vanilla taste with a slight fruity note from the fig, and the rooibos gives it a smooth, almost earthy base. It doesn’t taste artificial, which is a big plus. The tea bags being biodegradable is a nice touch as well. At £3.45, it feels reasonably priced for what you get, especially from a known brand like Twinings. If you’ve got Amazon Prime, the free delivery and easy 30-day returns make it an easy one to try without much risk. Overall, it’s a pleasant, easy-drinking herbal tea, especially if you prefer something light and soothing rather than strong or overpowering.

Absolutely love this blend! Tastes subtle yet divine. Very soothing. Can drink with honey or not...now my go to blend when feeling stressed

Not for me taste wise
Awful taste (that's purely personal preference) however the tea was well packaged and brewed as you would expect with twinings quality tea. The design of this box is gorgeous.

The other favourite pre-bed drink in our household. Tastes of figs & vanilla, albeit main ingredient is (decaffeinated) roobois tea. Aids a good night’s sleep. Avoids overstimulating one’s brain & bladder before bed!
