Keeping my keys organized has never been more efficient. It’s tracking feature and seamless sync with Apple find my device ecosystem means I’ll never lose my keys again. But the battery seems to have died within 6months of use; no amount of charge seems to be able to bring it to life again. No option for support from here or key smart website. Has anyone experienced this problem?

This is my 3rd one of these. 1st one I lost. 2nd one fell to pieces and I lost the bits. Why did I fall for buying it a 3rd time. Well partly because I forgot how fiddly these are and convinced myself it would definitely stay together. It didn’t. It fell apart in my pocket. The screws always work themselves loose, if you don’t nip them up on a daily basis they will work loose and then you’ve got to spend 30 mins faffing with the order of the keys to get it just how you want It’s a gimmick and you don’t need it

Firstly, the Apple Find My compatibility is very limited. It can be added as a device but does not provide the full Apple Find My functionality as you get with AirTags (it can show you on a map where it was last seen but can not provide you with the local location when you are looking for it in the house using the precision finder like you do with AirPod Pros/AirTags). However this is not the deal breaker. The deal breaker is that it does not tell you when it's low on battery and when to charge it. I have used the Tile version of this product for some time and it would notify you when it's low on power so when I needed it, it had power. As you can imagine the only time I lose my keys is when the KeySmart iPro is flat making it a dud expensive keyring. I have now purchased an apple air tag as I should have done in the first place.

Great product, can be a little fiddly when assembling but once you get your head round it, it’s easy. Great that it works with Apple too, no more lost work keys

Quick delivery - took a bit of time and a bit fiddly to assemble but great when done. I’m always losing my keys so having built in rechargeable tracker is brilliant for me.

Very fiddly to get set up. Works well with iOS Find My but needs a louder location tone.

I'm writing this as a response to other reviews. Specifically, that assembly is tricky... which it can be. This is easy to assemble if you have an even number of basic house keys. I have unusual sized and shaped keys. I spent 30-minutes trying different configurations of keys and spacers to get my final layout. It is now solid and secure. This may not be the product for you if you have unusual keys and don't enjoy Tetris. Another important note. This is my first non-Apple 'airtag' device. This device easily connects to the "Find My" app, and will connect to the wider network to give you an address. However, you cannot pinpoint the device using the Find My app with the directional arrows. I guess that is an 'Apple' only feature. You can have the keychain "play sound" which is fine in an average room but wouldn't help in a noisy environment.

J’aime beaucoup : très pratique, mes clés sont bien rangées et organisée. La localisation fonctionne très bien et je suis prévenue quand les batteries sont basses.
