I’ve had for a little over a week, and it’s been so nice to be able to do this w/out the need to pay a therapist for this, in order to have done, as often as I need. I am already feeling better! I am using this to help with myofascial massage therapy, for muscle tightness, and to help with lymphedema & lipedema; coupled with other therapies in my treatment plan. I only use this therapy 2-3x per week, and am 1-site-specific on those days (glutes, or calves, or shoulders, etc). I love that these are easy-to-control suction levels, and that this set comes with several sizes, since my calves use the smaller sizes, glutes and back are any size, etc (for me) I do not do the stationary cupping, so with my therapy, we apply warm oil to the site, first. I am using a diy blend of equal parts • Ginger oil • DMSO (an anti-inflammatory, takes the other oils deep into the tissue, & is like a super-healer) • Coconut oil • Hemp Seed oil (pain/healing) (A little goes a long way) This particular set is easy to clean w/soapy water, and they stack for storage in a bag that comes w/the set. I also love that there are 2sets.
