Easy to Use and Have Been Accurate for Me
I have heard from friends and from pool store associates that test strips are not the most accurate, BUT these test strips have been right on the mark for me! I try to get our pool water tested weekly at the local pool store. In-between, I like to test it myself especially after lots of kids in the pool or after a rain storm. oi must say that the results on these test strips are pretty much always what the pool store says! I am happy with my purchase and will continue to use these strips.

Excitement turned to disappointment
I was so excited when my HTH test kit arrived! Immediately opened it and started testing my pool water. Chlorine and PH tests worked fine…. Then got to Alkalinity Hardness and CYA. Did the water test and went to compare it to the color chart….. thats when the issue arrived. THERE IS NO COLOR CHART! What the packaging says is “refer to the color chart on the back of your HTH Stabilizer product” okay, I see how this works. HTH wants you to spend money to buy their test product and then spend money to buy only their chemical product. SO UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO ONLY BUY HTH POOL CHEMICAL PRODUCTS DO NOT BUY THIS TEST KIT! So incredibly disappointed. Because of this I will make sure to never buy another HTH pool product again. Pathetic that they can’t provide a color chart with their test kit.
