**Q: Do these stay soft, or do they turn into sandpaper after lots of washes? Sellers need not reply.**
A: The towels stay soft after many washings.  Unfortunately, they are not as absorbent as I would have liked, so I would not purchase them again.

**Q: What color is the stripes on this towel?**
A: Stripe is made from Rayon Thread, they pick up color better than Cotton so they are little darker in tone compared to towel, but they are in same family.

**Q: Can just these hand towels be purchased?**
A: we do not carry separate hand towels in this quality.

**Q: What's the thread count for these towels?**
A: Towels are measured by weight and not thread count. These are 550 GSM towels
