I got the extra-large US/2XL Asian size, and it fits. I'm 5'7,168 pounds, 34 inch waist, and a 42 inch chest. I'm pretty average size and lank arms. The sleeves covered all my arm length. I've known my Asain size prior as I do a lot of cosplay. They have laid out the full Asian measurements above. All of you complaining must've just read the header and not measured. Remember these are Asian sizes. For me I was looking something that fit like a large, and that size was 2XL Asian. Do not go by the first thing you read that says American size, find out you're Asian size that is listed with all the measurements above. Get a measuring tape and go with that size. It's soft, all the buttons are intact, and the yellow is very bright! except for the Navy. That's my only disappointment. The navy Blue looks like a faded black. I really needed it to be true navy color since I couldn't find a blue/yellow combo jacket. But it'll work for this cosplay. Everyone I showed it to thought it was black as well. I tried several different lightings, and it did not change the color to my eye. I recommend going up at least a size or two especially if your a man with a some what muscular build or gut or a women with fuller breast. The material is soft but not to thick, so it all depends on what your looking to achieve with this jacket.
