Larger than expected and very resilient
These where larger diameter than expected, so they were given to a local school because they were shatter proof. The reports back from the school as to their quality and shatterproof properties have been very positive; gift of considerable longevity!

They looked nice BUT before opening the packaging, I noticed that some of them were broken. It was quite a disappointment because we were ready to start decorating tomorrow.

Arrived badly damaged. Waste of time and money. Hoping to get refund.

Good product
The item arrived within the delivery timescale and were as described. Unfortunately 2 of the baubles were damaged. Contacted the seller, excellent & swift communication and the problem was resolved. Would deal with again and recommend on the strength of the Customer Service
