The machine is small enough to store away without too much space. The cable storage is convenient and neatly hides the cable when not in use. You can use as simple as ABC & D fill with warm water in the clean tank to the prescribed level, add carpet solution as recommended vol. Take to the location of your spill or intended clean site, switch on, and the vacuum starts. Spray the stain with the solution and start vacuuming away the dirt. When completed, dispose of the remaining clean water and cleaning the hose by installing the GENIUS hose cleaning attachment. Wash the residual dirt from the vacuum head ( you'll be amazed how much dirt is in your carpet). The 500-watt motor has enough power to clean small areas, remembering of course, that this machine is a spot cleaner, and not intended to do entire rooms. Setup took less than 2 minutes and my first spot removal was done within 4 minutes. The carpet had dried by the time I completed this review. My Main points are: *Small and light enough to store away *Can be set up very quickly (great when a urgent spill happens) *Does the job very fast *Has a 2-year warranty ( spare parts available on manufacturer's website.) It's so satisfying to use, I find myself almost hoping that someone will spill something on the carpet so I can get the machine out and clean up the spill. I would recommend this device to everyone, I love it, my friends will love it, and I'm not lending it because I won't get it back once they know how good it is.

Delivered yesterday and gave it a try today. Amazing bit of kit. One fill up which did one flight of stairs and very small hall way at top of stairs. I found it better to give carpet good spray and wait min or two then extract water. The two attachments are identical apart from one being bigger. Really got some dirt out. Cord length is ok and hose length is just about right. Self cleaning is really good. Overall am very pleased with it. Next up is bedrooms carpets and a rug. Don’t take long to do.

I've had my eye on this for a while and the price dropped a bit on Black Friday so I went for it. It's more powerful than it's competitors, hence why I wanted this one, and it doesn't disappoint. Although it's supposed to be a spot cleaner/for small areas, I've done the whole house carpets, rugs and sofas with it with amazing/slightly sickening results albeit at the expense of my wrists, knees and spine. My only criticism is that the larger attachment head is, annoyingly, significantly less good than the smaller one. It sprays a lot of water out but it doesn't suction back up anywhere near as much water as the smaller head - the removal of the water is the most important part of the whole process so I've given up on that large attachment head and I'll just use the smaller one from now on. Couple of reviews mention it's not suitable for using on full rooms... It is, it's great, it's just that it takes a lot of time and effort to do full rooms, but that's the offset of not having to store a huge upright machine in your home. This one packs up super small and easy to store.

I had an upright carpet cleaner which was cheap but worked well, but it would take me really long to clean after use, with some parts unmovable and therefore trapping debris. I gave it away and bought another upright which is easy to clean. And love it. However, the stairs are a pain to do with a big appliance, and one of my dogs has a bladder issue where she sometimes pees on thing. Picture of the peepee dog here. She peed on a new super shaggy rug. This spot cleaner cleaned it in 10 minutes! And it sucked up the excess water very easily (needs manual pressure but they all do). And it was another 5 min to clean. I think I'll use it a lot. Pictures: The hose attachment separates so you can clean it properly (the one of the upright doesn't and wet fluff tends to stick in there forever) The dirty water tank opens completely. I emptied it, sloshed a bit of clean water around, done! You can see how clean it is and how thw fluff and debris are in the sink. The plug has a little groove to clip on. There was a little water left on the appliance, but I picked it up easily with some toilet paper. I am really happy I bought this appliance, after I had researched so much. Hope you will enjoy it too!

I'll be honest, despite the great reviews and for the cost, I really wasn't expecting too much. From the first use, on a recently shampooed carpet, this little wonder pulled unseen muck that you'd never know was there by eye. The aim was to improve the pile and colour on heavily walked on areas. It did not disappoint! The carpet looks as new. The cleaner is easy to fill/empty/clean and has a good stretch of hose and power cord. Everything stores away neatly and the instructions are easy to understand. The added bonus of a decent sized shampoo is included and this goes a VERY long way. I can't recommend this machine highly enough. Previous expensive upright shampooer did not remove as much as this! I've also ordered the same brand bagless upright vacuum as my existing (again brand leading powerhouse) is getting elderly. I hope its as good as this little cleaner! If you have pets this spot cleaner is a must!

I wanted a carpet cleaner for small areas, and this has proved useful. It takes time to read the information, and then follow the instructions to assemble parts of it. As my arm and hand strength is not as it used to be, I found it hard going to begin the process, but I persevered. I found that the process will need to be done again, but that is not the machine, that is my lack of strength to put pressure on the vacuum section. I shall continue to use it.

Glad I spent a little bit more for this. Everything about it just says quality. Clean and dirty water tanks a good size. The vacuum hose and electrical cord have extra reach. Good suction too. It has been well thought out. Clear instructions and even some cleaner included. With visitors due, I set to work on the stair carpet. Only ever vacuumed before. Made short work of these, but oh the shame. The dirty water tank was a shockingly bad. It left the carpet a little damp, but this quickly dried. Wow Brilliant result. So, I have some carpet rugs and runners to do, but in a strange way, I am looking forward to it. 5*****

works better than I thought light and easy to use would buy again

Amazing thing, very easy to use and really kicks up a lot of dirt and debris. I’ve tried it on my bed since it had a stain and the carpet (I rented an old house with original carpeted floor, no need to say how disgusting it was), and the stains and over all dust have been removed in a minute. The only down side is the tube seems very flimsy and I don’t know if there’s any replacements, thats why I only give it 4/5. *i don’t have a picture of the carpet before but believe me, massive improvement
