Hi, on the package it says "take the required amount of henna powder with equal amount of fuller's earth powder". do i have to buy something else??

If you are using it to condition your hair. You can apply it directly or you can mix will fuller's earth powder. You can also use it with henna powder for lighter shade of henna. Please do a patch test on your hamd to check it is suitable for your skin. Fuller's earth powder is used to lower acidity of any powder.

Can we use it on the body or it’s just for hair

As per the description, this Henna is for hair conditioning. It does not release any color. The one which is used for hair/body color is different.
