It does work for myself and my mother
My 71 year old mother fell in her garden about eight months ago and broke her left wrist and the recovery was so slow and painful for her because she had to have pins inserted into her wrist. She has been on quite strong painkillers and there was the concern that they would become a go-to option for her, so I bought her some Polar Frost which I had heard of some time ago. To make matters worst, she was pushed down in the street by two men carelessly running along the pavement and their actions caused her right shoulder to be broken about three weeks ago - so now I have a pensioner mother with two breaks.Continuous pain is tiring and depressing and I also know this as I periodically suffer from periodic back problems. Since buying the Polar frost gel (I also bought the handy roll on) it has gone a substantial way towards alleviating the pain which myself and my mother experience. More so my mother as my pain is not as consistent as her own. I massage the gel into her wrist and into her shoulder in the evenings for about seven minutes and she says (and it's true), you can feel a heating sensation after massaging it in. The best way I feel to use this product is to have a hot bath with Radox or Epsom salts and then use it straight afterwards. Her use of co-codamol has dramatically decreased and it alleviates her pain more than the other over the counter products that are available. My brother suffers from hip dysplasia for which he has had two hip operations (at a young age) and experiences pain (despite the operation and possibly because of the cold weather) on an almost daily basis. I bought a further two of these recently to give one to him. I hope it works for other people too.

I have tried many pain relieving gels in the past, so when I came across a free sample sachet of the Polar Frost Pain Relief Gel I thought what the hell…. Verdict? Bingo!!! It really worked! I suffer with pains in both my knees. So you can imagine I would try anything. Amazon was selling the products at a reasonable price so placed my order. I ordered on a Sunday and the products arrived Tuesday. Very good. Tuesday night, after a warm bath, I rubbed the gel on both my knees before retiring to bed. In the morning without hesitation (forgetting about my ‘painful’ knees) I got out of bed with great ease before I realised I was not in any pain. Fantastic! I could move about without appearing to be walking on eggshells. I can only say it worked for me and it could also work for you, too. If it is good enough for footballers and athletes then it has to be the best product to date. Give it a try.

Again it works.
As with the Polar Frost Roll this is another excellent product for arthritis sufferers. The Gel is easy to apply, but, be aware that it is very thin and will run off the application area if not rubbed in immediately. Also do not hold the opened tube upside down as you will only take the pain relief out of the floor! Don't bother with the rubbish from Boots and others after this.

Cool relief
Have muscle pain around worn discs in mid thoracic and heat seems to make it worse. Tried this and it feels comfortable instantly. Fair price. Smells nice and helps ease the spasm

After receiving a couple of sample sachets of this I decided to buy some and have not been disappointed.I suffer from severe Rheumatoid Arthritis in all my joints (I'm only 36) and have had 5 joint replacement surgeries but I still suffer the pain of the RA and this gel eases it so much and helps me a lot.I use it mainly through the night when I normally suffer the most from the pain if I've had a long day.Only a small amount is needed so this size should last a while.I even took it into hospital with me recently and used it on my back during labour.Totally recommended...

This stuff does not work. It's not effective in relieving pain at all... It feels like I've just rubbed some toothpaste on myself. Very disappointing.
