Review: Super effective - I’ll be honest this is the first and only pre-workout I’ve actually taken but as someone who drank an unholy amount of caffeine for the last few years I was pleasantly surprised to see that this product boosted my energy as much as I did. I just started my workout journey and a big problem I was facing was not having the strength and stamina to lift heavy for adequate reps or I got easily exhausted from cardio. Since taking ENGN shred I’ve been able to lift more heavy and last way longer during cardio workouts I went from barely lasting 2 min on the stair master to doing 10 minutes with ease the following day when I took it for the first time. I don’t feel jittery and it doesn’t keep me up late either even though I tend to take it later in the day around 6:30pm! There’s no need to try any other pre workout when this one’s been doing wonders. Drink it cold for best taste! Pink lemonade wasn’t bad but it is a bit sweet tasting for 8oz sometimes I add a bit extra water to dilute more but overall I love it and want to try other flavors!
