Great product for my 3 dogs!
I bought this to help filter the water for my three dogs cause they wouldn’t drink the bad water. It works perfectly! They love it! And I love it. It was easy to set up and easy to clean and fill they don’t mind the fountain as it doesn’t make any noise. My skittish dog was a bit wel skittish about it at first but he got over it very quickly and within an hour he began drinking from it. I recommend this product #100

No annoying flashing lights, Quiet, and as unassuming as a 1.5gal bowl could be
This is my second powered pet water fountain and my first of this size/type. My last pair of fountains had clear bodies and the LED light meant to easily show water levels was so bright that at night I found it quite distracting when the light was flashing. The water level light on this model has a nice soft, but vibrant glow -- blue for good, and red to show you need to add water. No flashing and it is only illuminated on the "front" so you don't have a glowing room. The pump is very quiet and I appreciate that this USB powered system did come with a wall adapter. The bowl is a gloss black and is opaque with the exception of the lit water level gauge. The 1.5gal capacity is perfect for a Jack Russel, Staffordshire Terrier, and 3 cats. I am filling it about ever 3 days or so which I feel helps to keep cleaner water available. The swirling design is also a nicer feature that keeps the water moving and well filtered.Really like that its has a catch bag & a filter to grab the food, hair and other bits that fall into pet water and with a 3 day refill in my case, it is staying much cleaner than the older gravity style bowls that hold more water.Overall, I would by this unit again and I would highly recommend it if you are in the market for a pet water fountain.

Rather Large, But Incredibly Impressive
We have two large-sized dogs and this fountain bowl is plenty. It could be reduced in size by 20% and still be enough. However, the additional capacity is much appreciated. Our dogs are part fish and drink water incessantly. This lasts them about a week between fillings. The fountain is EXTREMELY quiet. If it wasn't for the movement of water you wouldn't know it was on. I really like the magical blue light that emanates from the water level window on the side. It's a piercing blue color that makes the water look like Kool Aid. And when the water level declines enough it turns red to warn. Not long after the pump will gurgle then automatically shut off to protect itself. The debris catch netting and water filter are a great addition. Easy to clean out periodically and when the occassional deep clean is necessary everything comes apart very easily. Even the pump separates in half without a tool and the impeller can be removed with the included wrench. The included wire brush is useful for scrubbing out buildup in these small parts. The rest is easily hand washed. Unfortunately not dishwasher safe.

Good concept, couple of design flaws
We've had this now for a couple of weeks, and it does well watering the pets. But there are some design flaws on the black model. The 1st is the bowl has a clear level sight on the side. Good deal to know how much water is in the bowl. But, with the total absence of light inside, you have to get a flashlight to see where the water line is. 2nd is the pump led. Blue for "on" and red for "off" or "not enough water". Again, great concept, but in the blackness of the abyss that is the bowl, the light does not radiate through the water to be easy to see. *IF* the led was brighter and would fully illuminate the water in the bowl, it would solve both issues.

Pump stopped working after 37 days
Worked great for a while then noticed it was slowly pumping the water which I thought was because it was too full. Then yesterday I noticed no water coming out of the spout at all, verified all filters were clean and still nothing.

Holds a lot of water!
It’s a nice size. Holds a ton of water! Keeps the water moving but you hear no noise from it. Took a few days for cats to accept it, lol, but they like it now!!

Pets love it, pump died too soon
Huge amount of water and our 2 dogs & 1 cat loved it. However, the pump died after less than 4 months. For the price, I would have hoped it would last longer than that.
