Ingredients: Salt, spices & spice extracts, dextrose, MSG (flavour enhancer), preservative (sodium metabisulphite). Allergens: May contain traces of celery, cow's milk, egg, soy, mustard or wheat gluten.

I am using between 30 and 40 grams per kg, depends on your preference of salt.
