Good Brand, but maybe I didnt need this product
Overall I love this brand. They always use quality ingredients and i have never had an issue ordering from Amazon. However, I've gone through a couple bottles of this as it was supposed to help with sone pcos symptoms and I have not seen a difference. Maybe it just wasnt what my body needed at the time

Quality supplement
I have been taking spearmint capsules for a while as someone with PCOS. I have been unable to notice a significant difference in regards to supplementation for me, but these capsules taste fine.

Differences in Color
I like these spearmint capsules but am concerned about quality control. Some bottles have darker capsules and some bottles have lighter capsules. Not sure if this affects the quality?
