Great starter for soy yogurt
I use these as my starter to make soy yogurt. They've never failed me. I have homemade yogurt in about 8 hours, strained Greek yogurt the next morning.

Def worth the price can notice a difference fast
Pricing is the best and has more then most probiotics have in it. Colonized good bacteria and is worth it ten fold. Noticed a difference quick.

With Most supplements I don’t know the results right away but this I noticed results right away. It seem to improve my digestion a lot increased my appetite. I used to go sometimes three days without a bowel movement or passing gas now it’s on a regular basis. I think this is help my digestion tremendously
