Where can i get the White bag in the pics?

The displayed tote bag was made by another brand, but unfortunately, they no longer make this bag.

Is the trolley handle portion adjustable? My carryone has a trolley handle that is the same width as my carryon.

The elastic slip is not adjustable, so unfortunately our Travel Belts aren't suitable for wide-handle suitcases.
