It sticks great! I wasn't sure of it at first, I thought it wouldn't hold past a day. But it has been great. This has been a great buy for me. I wear it on my wrist. It is under my Otterbox and comes out behind my charging port. It changes nothing. My Otterbox still works exactly as before, I put it in between the skin and hard cover. It has a piece where you can tighten or loosen the strap on your wrist. The neck strap is the exact same way. It comes with 2 sticky pads and two carbines. You could probably even buy the different color ones from the store and change them out if you wanted. I have a Galaxy Note 5, but it would fit any phone you have. I wish the material they use for the "ribbon" was something more durable. When it starts to fray I reinforce it by hand stitching it which lengthens the life significantly but would rather not have to do that. What I do love is that it allows me to have my phone with me at all times even when I have no useable pocket (which is so often true in women's clothing). I'm a teacher and feel I must have my phone with me at all times. Since using this I have never dropped my phone unit. What used to happen was my phone case belt clip would come loose from my belt and fall. With this unit in place - the phone case holds the phone and this unit holds the case so it isi dangling from the pants belt loop.
