I love these products and use them all the time "but" unfortunately this one did not work at all and actually caused my fur babies ear to get way worse. It also caused a really bad crusty gunk to form all inside of the ear as well as just outside the ear canal. My baby was miserable! I am treating it now and it's doing some better but still causing him issues even months later and the crust is still partially there. The vet may have to put him under just to clean them thoroughly and remove all the crusty crud. I cannot in good faith recommend this product. Their other products are fantastic though.
