I can’t say enough good things about this steamer! It’s super easy to use, and I love how it heats up fast and gets the job done without any chemicals. My floors look so clean and shiny, and it’s great knowing it’s safe for my family, especially since I have an autistic son who’s sensitive to strong smells and chemicals. This steam mop has been a lifesaver for keeping our home clean and safe. The handheld steamer is such a cool feature! I’ve used it on my countertops, grout, and even my stove—it works everywhere! I even used it to clean my blinds with the included attachments. I still dread that chore, but now it’s quick and effortless. I'm able to clean faster and better. Highly recommend this steam mop! I've completely fell in love with it, and while I do not like cleaning, I actually don't mind it when I'm steam mopping. It's done wonders on our carpets and vinyl apartment floors. It the cord is a decent length, and it does hold a decent amount of water. Fill it up once is enough to do once room at a time.

the Steam Mop Its a great value for you bucks, comes with different attachments that can be used like a regular mop or like a handheld. I have laminate wood floors and clean it without soaking them and disinfect as well do it’s nice to walk barefoot without the feeling you going to soil your feet( specially I have several dogs in the house). it include brushes for precision( tile or grout), windows and even one for carpet( great to deodorize them) the mop steams fast and have a couple of levels of intensity. Plenty of wire extension to move around the house out having to connect and reconnect to another plug. The steam heat position for different surfaces. The water reservoir plenty to do the whole house. Easy to manure and use!!! hands down the best steam mop EVER!!! . very happy costumer!!!!

Gets the job done pretty well. I appreciate all the attachments it brings, but using it as a handheld is awkward because of how large it is.

The steam mop is highly recommended! After years of using a traditional mop and bucket, this machine has completely changed floor cleaning. The difference is significant and my back is thanking me too! This is a cleaning tool! It heats up quickly, within seconds, and the powerful steam removes stubborn messes like grease and mud. My shower tile and grout have never looked so clean, and harsh chemicals are unnecessary. Set up is easy, thanks to the clear instructions. The mop head is flexible, and the lightweight design makes it easy to move around furniture. The long cord allows for cleaning multiple rooms without unplugging. Cleaning and sanitizing floors with steam is a significant advantage, particularly with pets in the house. It offers a deeper level of hygiene than a regular mop.

This mop works well but it tends to fall forward and the Handel breaks off. Ive had to replace it twice. The dial that controls steam also fell off not from the mop falling forward it simply just broke. So to sum it up it’s cheaply made.

Went with this steam cleaner after doing much research on all of the most popular steam cleaners on amazon. Have had this for several months and am happy with how it has held up and works. The floors feel significantly cleaner after using and I no longer feel gross walking around with bare feet. A bonus - we live in the northern midwest where it is currently super dry, and this steam cleaner has served as a nice humidifier in addition to cleaning the floors. I usually have dry, peeling skin in the winter and the steam from the steam cleaner is a relief for my dry skin. Highly recommend if you are looking for a steam cleaner with a lot of bells and whistles on a budget - I do not regret going with this option over more expensive brands whatsoever.

I used this steam mop for the first time today. It was easy to put together and the cord was plenty long enough. I just moved it to the room I was cleaning at the time. I can't say that I noticed a difference in the cleanliness of my gray kitchen laminate floor. It wasn't extremely dirty to begin with. I typically wash it monthly with a microfiber cloth and bucket with Mr Clean, on my hands and knees. But I'm almost 70 yrs old and that's hard for me anymore. It's a little awkward to fill the water tank but not a deal breaker. Spout is on the front, not the top of the tank which would have made it easier to fill. The pads are dark gray so you can't see the amount of dirt that comes up but the saturated pad wrung out gray/brown water so I guess its doing its job. I would prefer a lighter color pad though. I have a small kitchen and by the end, the pad was so wet that I needed a towel to wipe up the excess water. I changed pads and did my bathroom with the second one. Again, no noticeable change but I like the idea that it killed germs around my toilet and I didn't have to get close to that area. I also liked that I only used water to clean/sanitize vs Mr Clean or Lysol. The mop heated up fast. It makes a low bubbling noise but it wasn't loud enough to be annoying. It didn't get the dirt trapped in the kitchen laminate floor's divets even tho I held the steam over the dirty spots for several seconds. Perhaps they'll come up with continued use. My advice is to buy replacement pads and change frequently so floor isn't sopping wet near the end of your cleaning. Haven't used the attachments yet but anxious to see how it will work on my stovetop and will try on the floor divets as well. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase. Its better than the Hahn steam mop I owned 10+ yrs ago as its much lighter and easier to maneuver. And its much better than cleaning on my hands and knees. I also like that the mop stands up on its own and has hooks to wrap the cord. I did days of research via You Tube videos, consumer reports and Amazon reviews. I think I made the right choice for my budget. I also purchased the $8.99 additional 2 yr warranty offered by Amazon for peace of mind that this mop will last a few years. That was kind of a no brainer and $9 well spent.

Waste of money, it lasted 2 weeks and not sure if I will ever got it repaired or reimbursed

I can’t believe I wasted my money on this .. stopped working after just 2 uses under 3 months
