Very helpful in controlling tremors. I couldn’t get a cup to my mouth without spilling it which was very embarrassing. I did some research and found this product had good reviews. It took some getting used to because I was so self conscious but it’s not bulky. It runs small so you might want to size up.

Very satisfied with this product. Quality, comfort, ease of use and fit made this a smart buy for me. Too soon to tell if they will significantly help with the essential tremors, so far, I am optimistic 😃

It does help with my tremors and my handwriting can now be understood! The overall quality has a little to be desired though. The elastic on the finger holds stretch and become loose. My wife has stitched one of them back to see if it will hold. But will continue to use since it does seem to help with my essential tremors.

Actually lost my first one after a few days. This is my second one. Extra Large. At first I thought that this one was a Large and not an Extra Large. Nope marked Extra Large. I have small wrists, but according to their sizing I need an Extra Large. I can BARELY get the velcro to attach. MAYBE 3/4rds of an inch attached. At least another inch of hooks available, but you'd never get to use that. If you have larger wrists, I'd pass on this. It won't fit.

So many of the reviews stated how well these work for tremors but they do not at least they didn't for my husband. He has very bad essential tremors and has trouble writing, eating, and anything involving using his hands. These are not at all heavy enough nor do they wrap around the hands tight enough to help with this issue. Please do not pay attention to the other reviews. Not sure what people are using these for but it's definitely not a help for this particular issue.

Excellent product for tremors. I had my father copy a spiral I drew (reference). The only difficult part is that he has some trouble getting them on and off to wash his hands.

I have dealt with Essential Tremors for several years now and were unaware of any medical devices that would help alleviate the tremors in my hands until I researched and discovered the hand weights that were made just for that purpose. While wearing it, I am now able to hold a cup of coffee without spilling it. I highly recommend this device for anyone suffering from Essential Tremors. They are easy to put on and can be used for either hand. They are of good quality and the weight is perfect for me. I am able to function better when I am wearing it.

Nog geen idee. Doe dit samen met een ergo therapeute en zij komt pas eind komende week. Het gaat erom weer zo goed mogelijk te leren schrijven vanwege een tremor in mijn hand. Wellicht dat u over een tijdje de vraag kunt herhalen. Met vriendelijke groet Hans Hermans
