Very nice and large. You can see it still has room at the top after placing spaghetti noodles in there. I thought this would make a great height reference for you all. Glass not too thin and not too thick. Came packaged very securely. Timeless piece.

My husband bought me three rose bouquets for my birthday, I always dry the petals and preserve them so the flowers do not go to waste. I liked that this container was able to hold all of the petals and that it has a lid so I can dust easily, I hate decorative vases that don't have a lid and accumulate dust inside! I am not sure that I like how it looks however, I wanted something elegant and I think with just how big and round everything is that it looks a bit dopey, I'm thinking of adding a ribbon or something else to distract from that. There are not a lot of big decorative vases/jars with lids to choose from though and out of what is available I think it looks better than the others.The glass is thin and would definitely break if you bumped it in to something hard enough or dropped it, I would not recommend it for kitchen use where these things are likely to happen.The lid is a bit smaller than the rest of the jar which means it is not sealed, just sits on top, and that was fine for my use. I would not use it for food for anything that you don't want to go stale or that bugs may get into.

My initial purchase came broken, shattered in a million pieces - probably just a shipping/handling issue. However the company replaced it immediately, free of charge. The replacement is beautiful.

Looks great, perfect size. Great for the price, love that the opening is larger enough to get items in.
