I initially got these to help me quit chewing nicotine pouches. They worked wonders! I had improved focus I felt like I was more present and helped with my mood, as to my surprise they lasted a long while as well. I ordered the mango flavor and did actually really like the flavor.

Nootropic ingredients include a natural form of choline (Alpha GPC) for memory and alertness, L-Tyrosine for improving mood and to improve your body's neurochemical reactions to stress, and GABA for a calming effect. These nutrients are often depleted, or if we are busy and don't eat well, don't sleep well, are under heat stress, etc., these pouches are great to help replenish them, and thus reduce stresses. I find I sleep better with these, and feel more rested when I wake up. The mango flavor is strong, and a bit almost too sweet for my tastes, but they help me feel better, and it helps with pain a bit, and calms a strongly beating heart a bit, and gently takes the edge off in stressful situations, be it from pain, being tired, etc. These help my sleep with nutrition, instead of a drug that acts directly on those receptors. When I went through my 1st batch, I purposely stopped using them, and noticed I wasn't sleeping so well, again. I'll be ordering more. I hope they come up with a less sweet pouch, and more flavors. Lemon, cherry, dark chocolate and other flavors would be great! (HINT, HINT!!!) I hope the manufacturer will come out with other flavors, and perhaps fillable pouches, and perhaps kits, where people can fill their own pouches with nutrients of your choice, add your own flavors, etc.). That would be amazing! Some of the pouches made have guarana in them, which some of us are sensitive to. Caffeine is also in some (not these mango one,though) pouches, which can be a problem in the evening, unless you work nights I have a strong dislike of most anything mint, so more flavors would be great. For now, it's an ultra sweet mango, until/unless otherwise flavors are added.

Having tasted this now I understand why I wasn’t dissuaded from buying this by reviews. So I will endeavor to dissuade you from buying these based solely on the taste. I also didn’t focus on the ingredients as strongly as I should have. The fact that it contains sucralose would have kept me from buying these. First point: I noticed nothing after using a few of these. No physical or mental change in any way. I got these hoping for a cognitive boost during work. I got nothing. Good or bad, that I noticed. Second point: this is the reason I’m actually writing this. These things taste horrible. As I was considering purchasing these I was thinking that I want mint but the only one available was mango. I love fresh mangos and dried mangos are pretty good too so how bad could these be? Very bad. It’s hard to explain though because it’s not that the mango flavor is the issue. It really isn’t. It’s the sickeningly sweet chemical flavor WITH the mango. If you’ve had dried mango just imagine that flavor with a packet of Splenda. It’s awful. I have to have a flavored beverage of any kind ready to wash out the flavor before I put one of these in my mouth. When the flavor gets too strong, swish the beverage and then I can handle it for a few minutes longer. It’s basically the same pouch as a Zyn in dimensions. It’s also as dry. With the over-the-top fake sweetness cranked to 11 and dried mango flavor. I’d actually considering throwing them out because the thought of putting another one in my mouth is repulsive. The upside: The package says to have this in your mouth for (only) 20 minutes. When I use an Alp pouch I leave it in my mouth for hours. After a few seconds of this mango monstrosity in my mouth I got deeply depressed at the thought of having this in my mouth for hours. So I checked the package and saw the instructions for 20 minutes and while it never really improved it was still only 20 minutes of misery.

Taste is great, and it does as advertised. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because some of the pouches do not last near as long as others. Some 10 mins, some 45 mins.

These taste great and last for a long time. They come very fast.

Flavor is good. Might switch to ones with caffeine. The only issue I have is the pouches aren't sealed great, so if you move them in your lip at all they open and spill. Kinda gross and it's almost like sand in your mouth. Amazon made it right, which is nice. Overall, I think it's a good product if you get pouches that are sealed better. Would be nice to find a sample pack of the different flavors. Slightly smaller pouches would be better as well.

Tastes great!! I was looking for a healthier option than velo, unfortunately the picture on Amazon with the ingredients isn’t exactly the same when the pouch comes in it’s say natural flavor and artificial flavor not just natural flavor like they marketed on amazon, still a lot better than cancer in the gums and stomach

I have ADD and enjoy trying out different things as a natural alternative to powerful and potentially addictive prescription stimulants. Personally, the best nootropic i've tried is Alpha Brain Black label, its expensive but its effective and i only take it on workdays when im busy or if I want to binge-read. I tried this supplement out about a year ago and I have to admit it made me really irritable. I took a few days off of it and then tried it again and BAM hardcore irritability was back. I was considering give the rest of my pouches away for a friend to try but ended up throwing them out. Im not a big fan of the pouches as opposed to capsules either, the flavor is kind of gross and it just increases anxiety and irritability. These may work great for some people but they aren't for me and I wouldn't purchase them again.
