Why are all the heating plates received the same size?

Since the local voltage is 110V, if the heating plate is too large, the product will not work because of excessive power. Please don't worry, we have designed an extended strap for the heating plate on the back, which can be fixed at the back side.

Why does the remote control always show a temperature below 140 degrees Fahrenheit?

Since the temperature displayed by the remote control is affected by the temperature sensing probe on the heating plates, and the over-temperature protection, the actual internal temperature is about 140 degrees Fahrenheit, please don't worry.
