Very easy to use

Check you coin base purchase site before ordering - When I tried to hook up this Air Gapped Wallet to Robinhood Crypto site - notice came up blocking my transfer - that my State Does not allow Transfers - only Buy, Sell, Deposits movements - no transfers - so I can not use this Air Gap Wallet. Seems like a good solid quality product - liked the touch screen and solid heavy hand held unit. Sorry I could not use.

Does the job, but the touch screen is too small and hard to type with thumb. May work better with a touch screen pen?

So one of the first things the device tells you to do is update the firmware. The process requires formatting of a micro SD card (included) and then the download of the Firmware from the Ellipal website. The next part of the process is a complete mess. The device apparently searches for the update on the SD card but can never find it. As an IT pro for over 35 years, Im well aware of how this process works. It absolutely does not happen. Ever. I spent over an hour with no luck. Reviewed several websites about the same problem (very common from other users) and the official Ellipal Reddit site. No luck. The manual is written in broken English and the customer support replying on the Reddit are also hard to understand. Now I’m wondering why I ever decided to buy a no name cheap wallet to begin with. I’ll go back to the name brands. This one is going back to Amazon. Don’t buy ellipal products!!!

Pienso que esta muy bien la cartera con los tokens que recibe que son bastantes,estoy muy contento por lo rapida que es ,el unico inconvenience es cuando tratas de poner algo nuevo como meme coins no he podido meterlas en mi cartera pienso que falta mas practica.

The product is well made. Setup is simple but not easy if you know what I mean. I feel a whole lot better knowing my bitcoin and doge is secure. The ELLIPAL ecosystem seams decent so far. I would definitely recommend!

I like product. No too complicated to set up. Still couldn’t find how to add shiba inu, most likely it’s not supported. One thing towards improvement is to start making accessories. Now we have naked device without any case or pouch. Future is coming….soon we will be carrying those wallets in the pockets on the daily basis. Would be nice to have something for protection and convenience
