It’s a herb that really helps so no side effects as over the counter medications have. Just avoid alcohol when taking it. Always helps me get a good nights sleep. Although if you have stomach problems check with your doctor first before taking. I always get a restful nights sleep when taking this.

I am very satisfied with the result! One tablet is enough to improve the quality of my sleep. Although it may not help with severe sleep issues, it's helpful when I feel stressed or anxious and want to feel more refreshed in the morning. Unlike more advanced sleep aids and prescription medication, this one is not addictive and does not have any side effects (at least for me). So, I can't recommend this enough!

i suffer badly with insomnia and have tried other brands,after reading the reveiws i thought i would try these,sadly they made no difference.

Very good and coupled with a lavender pillow spray works a treat. Recommended.
