Amazing cable.
Feels great, cheaper than competition (on amazon at least) and yes it works for HD500 series and I dare to say it widened the soundstage of my HD569 by half a centimeter

Vielleicht ist es Voodoo, aber auf jeden Fall ist es ein sehr gutes Kabel
Ich habe mir das Kabel gekauft, da mein FiiO KA3 Kopfhörer-DAC einen 4,4 balanced Output hat und das Original-Kabel meines Sennheiser HD 598 mir schon immer viel zu lang war. Ich war etwas erstaunt, als ich in einem Forum las, dass der HD 598 durch Kabelwechsel an einem balanced Output betrieben werden kann - aber ja, es klappt. Ob das jetzt besser klingt als mit einem nicht-balancierten Kabel, kann ich natürlich nicht sagen. Ehrlichgesagt halte ich es für Audiophilen-Voodoo. Auf jeden Fall klingt der Kopfhörer in dieser Kombination sehr gut und liefert ein sehr detailliertes räumliche Hörergebnis. Das Kabel ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet - ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Strain relief around the headphone end wore out too fast, think because the cable is stiffening over time and I tend to rest the left headphone cup behind my ear when I'm recording which forces the cable at even more of an angle. Last cable from a different company also wore out at the same spot so its probably me. Taped it up and its still trooping along but I'll probably try another company when it wears out
