Awesome but needs a remote lol
Easy to inflate, easy to operate, bubbles are powerful. Well worth the money. No chemcals included. Awesome! ...needs a remote, take 6hrs to full temp, 38°is in about 4 hours. Comes in a heavy large box. Runs about 1500 watts on heating continuous.

Outstanding customer service
Cannot fault their after sales support. Pump failed after 6 weeks use and they happily agreed to collect and repair/replace. Works as expected and was really happy with the quality.

Very poor quality
What ever you do, don’t buy this product. Within 24 hours the pump was not functioning. The material for the tub is also so thin that it punctures very easily. £360 for 24 hours of use seems a little dear.

Smart looking tub
Love this hot tub. I prefer this to my lazy spa, it is much easier to assemble and the pump part fits easy to the pool part so Easy to blow up. It’s comfortable despite the sides not being as wide as the lazy spa- I like this as it takes up less floor space and looks neat. Good quality plastic on the pool and cover, well worth the money.

Good quality for price
Really quick and easy set up. The filtration system isn’t great. The water needs changing regularly as the filtration isn’t adequate. But the hearing is great, the tub itself is good quality.

Great Hot tub
It’s great, very sturdy and thick on the bottom which we wasn’t expecting, we pop the heat on the morning of the night we want to use it, cover also maintains the heat. Bubbles are very relaxing! Enjoyed by all the family including the children! We didn’t put the heat on in the heat wave and it was very refreshing to jump in to cool down with bubbles on!
