Review: What I needed - Exactly what I needed and smaller than expected -- about the size of a pencil case, which suits me just fine. Looks plenty big enough to fit in two EpiPens and some other various meds. I bought this particular one for the silicone tag, and said tag is what I wanted. Not noisy metal and nice and visible. Zippers work well, but the carabiner is a little bit small and I'll be replacing it. It has a clear pocket on the back for an emergency contact card and it comes with one. This pocket could be cut better; one side is jagged and long. I like the Velcro straps on the back as well. The quality of the bag is slightly worse than I was expecting, but that's just online shopping. It's a cheap little bag that everyone who needs to carry EpiPens should have.

A: Yes it is too big for a pocket. Can be clipped to a belt but it is a large case. I fit 3 epi pens, inhaler and bottle of Benadryl.

I have been enjoying this case. Previously I was just throwing my epipens in a bag, or in my car, or pocket, etc. I was loosing track of them, too. They are too expensive for that! This is a great case, nicely padded, a great color. Easy to spot. My two epipens fit easily, and I could have room for the epipen practice pen too, between the epipens, If necessary. I like the little compartments opposite the epipens. I am going to put some Benadryl there. Nice case, great color, zipper works great. I can see why some say the clip isn't sturdy enough, but I'm not using it for a kid, so I don't have to clip it to a backpack. If I were going to, it would be very easy to swap it out for a stronger clip. I am glad I bought this.
