Great
Bought these for a few years now. Would definitely recommend. But be aware that they only last a couple of years at the most as the battery ends up not charging anymore. It does get used about 4 times a day, so not expecting it to last ages. Leaves your teeth feeling really clean after use, as anything stuck in your teeth gets blasted out.

Does the job, but a few snags
This was my first water flosser so have nothing to compare it with. My gums stopped bleeding almost immediately after starting to use it, which was the main reason for purchase - so very happy with it. Lots of splashing, but that how the thing works - you do have a jet of water in your mouth that will come out if you do not close it as much as possible. The two pressure settings are Ok, although I find the high one sometimes hurts my gums, and the low one is not as efficient. From the attachments I only found one useful (the simple nozzle). On the negative side, the battery life is going down - at the beginning could do a week or so without recharging, now it requires recharge more often. The water tank lid comes open all the time, need to be closed really firmly, and sometimes leaks a little bit. So a bit flimsy and could do with more pressure settings, but still works great.

My teeth feel so much cleaner
Iโd been wanting to try a water flosser for a while to see if it would actually make a difference alongside brushing, and this one has been really easy to get into using. It doesnโt feel overly complicated or intimidating, which I think is important if youโre adding something new into your routine. The size is one of the main things I like about it. Itโs quite compact and doesnโt take up much space around the sink, so it works well in a smaller bathroom. Being cordless makes it feel a lot more convenient as well, especially if you donโt want extra wires everywhere or youโre taking it away with you. It took a couple of uses to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, itโs really straightforward. The water pressure feels effective without being too harsh, and it does a good job of getting in between teeth and along the gum line. After using it, your mouth just feels a lot fresher and cleaner compared to brushing alone. There are two pressure settings, which I think is enough for everyday use. The lower setting is good if youโve got sensitive gums or youโre just starting out, and the higher one gives a deeper clean. The rotating tip is also a nice feature because it makes it easier to reach the back teeth without awkward angles. The water tank isnโt huge, so you might need to refill it if youโre taking your time, but for a quick daily clean itโs generally enough. Thatโs probably the trade-off for it being more compact and travel-friendly. In terms of build quality, it feels lightweight but still well made. Itโs comfortable to hold and doesnโt feel bulky when youโre using it. Charging is simple and it holds its charge well enough that youโre not constantly plugging it in. One thing to be aware of is that it can be a bit messy at first until you get used to it, especially if youโre not used to water flossers. Once you figure out the angle and pressure, itโs much easier to control. Overall, itโs a really practical option if you want something simple and easy to use without taking up much space. It fits nicely into a daily routine and makes a noticeable difference in how clean your teeth feel, without feeling like a hassle to use.

Good value and cleans well
Fantastic. Cleans teeth really well. Works wonderfully with implants. Gets underneath the implants. Battery lasts for a long time. Lovely company to deal with. So helpful and quick to respond. Good value for money.

Excellent water flosser, let down by uncleanable water reservoir
This does a really good job as a flosser, can't fault the action in any way, great to use, battery life is good (doesn't need charged too frequently). However the problem is the water reservoir - due to the design you can't scrub it out, and unless you drain it after every use, mould forms in the reservoir and can't be cleaned out as the only access is via the small filling hole. Waterpik also don't seem to sell replacement reservoirs in the UK, which isn't ideal as I now need a new reservoir and am looking at either buying a replica reservoir from the US, or just a few quid more for a complete new flosser, which is very wasteful

Waste of money , poorly designed
I am so disappointed with this particular water flosser . I have purchased this product in Nov 25 and 2 months in using it it started to get mould at the bottom of the water canister . I have went to the company website for advise on how to get rid of it , used vinegar and water , tried to steep the canister in some Miltonโs without success even placed it in the dishwasher as advised and nothing . The canister is poorly made as it is impossible to open it fully so that can be air dried or even properly washed. Also on the inside wall ( where the water tank/ canister is placed constantly gets mouldy but at least I am able to clean that side . I have had water flosser before from another company and never had an issue. In my opinion this one is a waste of money I have attached photos as reference

Cleans well, feels great.
When you first use it, you'll feel like you're under attack, especially if you use the higher setting. The jet is very focused and laser like. It feels like it's getting thoroughly between your teeth and cleaning out any and all bits of left over, or trapped food. Leaves you feeling very clean. Great product. Word if advise. When you first use it, do not just bare your teeth and switch on, it'll spray off your teeth and all over your mirror and any other surfaces that happen to be within a 50 foot radius. I have my mouth only slightly opened allowed the water to flood out as I use it. Also, you may notice blood as it gets into all those pockets or gaps you've not been able to clean out before, this will pass if you keep using it. Although I think it's a great product, I do think it's somewhat expensive.
