I'm writing this review as the first one I used finally needed to be replaced on my car keys. One of the braided wires broke and pricked me in the finger. I'd say that is much longer life expectancy than a standard keyring. I'm not sure how long ago the plastic coating wore off, but I never even noticed. These are really great, as you can keep adding or taking off keys, or you can crimp the female end effectively making it impossible to unscrew. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid keychains -- Holds together well for any/all traveling needs. *by C***L on Reviewed in the United States on June 19, 2017* These keychains are SUPER sturdy and well-made. I debated between purchasing ones that were/were not vinyl coated and couldn't be happier with my decision to go with vinyl coasted ones. I use these regularly, particularly when i travel internationally (which happens every few weeks). They have held up in holding up luggage tags to holding together straps that were nearing their breaking point. The ends fit together with a screw type mechanism and holds together regardless of any pressure I've been able to apply to pull them apart. It's a solid quality product at a great bargain price. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not a bad product, just not what I was looking for *by R***S on Reviewed in the United States on November 26, 2018* I used this product for my job which requires to have a lot of keys in a specific order on a keychain. It was not good for this purpose. It may work for a few keys but definitely not 20+ keys. The cord frayed quickly and the ends that connect together broke causing me to have to reorganize the keys on another keychain, which was a pain.
