works as intended
set it up inside my home server as the motherboard on it ran out of SATA ports, and all the PCIe slots are taken up by other devices. works a treat, had no issues setting it up in the BIOS and all the drives were detected as normal in UNRAID.

Plug and play for TrueNas
Worked great for TrueNas Scale drives show up as normal and speed is fine for normal HDDs though SSDs will be bottlenecked as it is not NVME

Does not support RAID
The card doesn't mention it in the listing but does on the instructions: it doesn't support RAID. I imagine it's hardware raid and not software raid but I didn't want to find out the hard way so I plugged another disk there. The green light is also unnecessary and disturbing, I had managed a build with 0 led so far and this ruined it. Extremely important note that is mentioned nowhere on the listing: It's a M.2 2280 form factor! This was a good surprise for me as I had forgotten to double check, but don't order one if it won't fit.

Plug & play: extrem zufrieden.
